‘Pally nahen dhaila tey kary mela mela’

Mian Nawaz Sharif, a self proclaimed leader with proud and broad smile on his face said above publicly rebuking Dr Tahir Qadri in most derogatory manners much before the long march started which media has shown on all different television channels for so many days without realizing the least as to what could be telecasted a few days later.

Now when Islamabad Long March Declaration is signed between Dr Qadri and PPP government which is more flashed on all television channel than what MNS has said it is proved beyond even slightest doubt that Dr Qadri has emerged as absolute winner and MNS is not only defeated but knocked out to be honest. I do understand that MNS had been our PM not once but twice which is rare to some extent and now even aspiring to become PM for third time as well but it does not mean that he dilutes each and everyone for no reason and rhyme. Moreover, as a former prime minister he certainly enjoys very prestigious entity in our nation than rest of the people which in turn demands of him not to stoop so low at least from Pakistan point of view simply because if he turns mean and ridiculous then he is telling the whole world that a former Pakistani prime minister is devoid of any morality which I regret the most. He being our former premier and not a street fellow ought not to turn so mean and immoral.

MSN should have kept some cushion to respect Dr Qadri who had millions of supporters on his back even at the time when MNS laughed at him and therefore each and every sane person always do not touch point of no return because none knows what is stored and what can be future reality. Simple prudence demands that the opponent should be graded as zero unless the two are as apart as earth and sky. What prompted MNS to so nakedly blast at Dr Qadri and that too at the time when he had already shown how many millions had attended his 1^st address and in Lahore? Did MNS see just hundred or thousand people at the meeting at Minar e Pakistan being addressed by Dr Qadri? Each and every naked eye could see what a mammoth crowd had listened to his address which has shocked and surprised many to be honest as none expected that there could be so many people at his 1^st meeting. Then Dr was invited by MQM Chief Altaf Hussain to address in Karachi where MQM will physically participate and Dr agreed to do so. People who listened to Dr Qadri in his 2^nd public address in Karachi were a bit a more than what were the figures in Lahore which as such proved that his popularity graph is going up and up.

Dr Qadri had announced that if his demands about political reforms before the forthcoming election had not been met by the government by 10^th January then he will lead a long march from Lahore to Karachi starting on 13^th and reaching on 14^th and it did happen alike. All media outlets have carried out his message and people from different cities and towns started coming to Lahore to be part of the long march. People have also been informed that many of those who are not coming to Lahore will join the procession on its way as and when it passes through different cities and town falling on the procession route. This all must have been reckoned as prudent person because such like hard realities cannot and should not be ignored. MSN could very well see all this with his naked eyes on all our television channels and more over being chief of a political party he must have countless eyes and ears in Punjab in particular and all over Pakistan in general. What did his extra eyes and ears told MSN is a good question? There can be just two possibilities to the answer. His eyes and ears did tell him that millions are at the back of Qadri and it is absolutely not true that he has just few hundred with him but unfortunately the self proclaimed leader did not believe what had been told him. The other answer could be that his neither his extra eyes see millions nor his extra ears heard the millions.

MSN when heard that Dr Qadri has given just one day notice to Zardari as President of Pakistan he called a meeting of all opposition parties at his sprawling villa spread over miles and the whole world has seen that he was sitting all alone in then center as if he is emperor and not a king and all the rest readers were sitting in row on both right and left. All those who attended the meeting were so much intoxicated that they declared in voice that Qadri will never ever succeed in his venture under any circumstances whatsoever and the whole lot did not realize even for a fraction of a second that results could prove otherwise.
