Islamic Ties with USA Cause Destabilization

Dr. Abdul Ruff

It is worth noticing that any Muslim nation that has ties with USA could one day render helpless at US manipulative tactics and eventually become a incapable, dependent nation, destabilizing itself. The best example if Islamic Pakistan which is unable to come out of USA clutches even today  when American drones are murdering innocent Muslims and western embassies are offering cocktail parties to select Pakistani elite as part of victory celebrations.

On the other hand, absence of ties with the world’s only super power would make the Muslim nations better organized, stabilized and economically strong. Turkey has somehow escaped US wrath thus far because e it has been a strong nation for centuries.

It has been a major US policy to destablize the Islamic world and strengthen the Jewish state. Syrian President Bashar Assad is happy that his nation is safe now and attributed his country’s political stability to the absence of strong ties with the USA. Earlier this month, Washington posted an ambassador to Damascus for the first time since 2005. He spoke as Tunisia, Egypt and Yemen, all countries aligned to one degree or another with the West, have been wracked by unrest. Israeli help ultimately ruin any Muslim nation. Assad said the peace process with Israel shouldn’t be declared dead, because doing so would mean “everybody should prepare for the next war."

The Syrian leader also blasted the Israeli foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman as “extremely right wing,” and who has said publicly “as long as he is a minister he will not allow the peace with Syria to move forward." In a rare interview with The Wall Street Journal, Assad said his conflict with Israel helped him stay in power. Nevertheless, he said he would introduce political reforms, including municipal elections and easing media restrictions.

Countries like Pakistan may learn its first lesson on capitalism and imperialism form Syrian expedience.
