Chess: World Championship is Farce!

World championship or world cup in sports is decided not by just two or one participant  players as Chess fellows have done, but all big players, at least the top ones. 

The World Chess Championship 2012 in Tretyakov Gallery Moscow  by Russia is bogus tournament because the top players are excluded from participating,leaving just two of players of Kremlin's favorites- one each from Israel and India origin. One  of former champs and another weak player. 

The World Chess Championship 2012 is being staged in Moscow between the current bogus  "world Champion" Spaniard  V Anando of India origin and the winner of the Candidates tournament Boris Gelfand of Israel. The match is over twelve games and lasts from May 11 to 30. The prize fund is US $2.55 million, the winner getting $1.53 million (60%), the loser $1.02 million (40%). good cash to live comfortable life more than a year. 

The official rules of chess are maintained by the World Chess Federation and following are the top players of the day. . 

It looks, Moscow organizers wanted to make India origin the winner and it should have asked both the payers to play "draws" and make Spaniard Anado the winner. 

Spaniard Anando has been failing all these days losing every match but how he could be the champions now? Is it because he has India origin and India is a member of the notorious UNSC?  Or for some other  reasons? 

World Chess Federation must change the rules to make the world championship looks credible by asking all top players to participate.

Unfortunately, in all sports where fixings are  rampant and  routine,no player questions the lacune because they are the beneficiaries of the rotten system. 

One expected there could be many pairs playing for the title but just two participants makes the  character of  world championship very shabby and funny!. . 

Chess guys can follow the rules applicable to Lawn Tennis. 

As it is chess world champ, like man of cricket matches, is fake! In fact chess makes even cricket look somewhat better !
