Canadian tennis glamour girl Eugenie Bouchard wants to date Justin Bieber

-DR. ABDUL RUFF COLACHAL

_______________

The new glamour girl of women's tennis Eugenie Bouchard with  a growing number of fans around  has admitted she wouldn't mind going on a date with fellow Canadian Justin Bieber.

Nineteen-year-old Eugenie Bouchard, not long after reaching the final four at the Australian Open with an impressive three-set win over Ana Ivanovic, was asked whom she would date if she had the opportunity.

After her win against Ana Ivanovic 21st January , Channel 7 commentator Sam Smith asked Bouchard an awkward viewer question about who she would date if she could choose anyone in the world.

After a bit hesitating, Bouchard laughingly replied: "Justin Bieber." The Canadian tennis star was clearly embarrassed and eventually answered the  difficult question. There are some odd questions in post-match interviews at a tennis tournament, but this one was rather cringeworthy. Her answer did not go over well, but why quibble with the choice of a teenager?

It was an amusing moment that ignited Twitter-land in a major way on Monday night. Not that Justin Bieber needs any more publicity.

Bieber and Bouchard are both 19-years-olds, and with the tennis player's rising status both in Canada and around the world, they would make a high-profile power couple.

Bouchard has gained lots of fans at the Australian Open, including a group of mainly male fans who have dubbed themselves the Genie Army.

Wondering if Rafael Nadal, with many girls surrounding him , gets that question after his next match?

Bouchard has revealed everything to public. Obviously one could hear the  sound next:  the breaking hearts of "Genie's Army," a group of loyal fans closely following her progress at Melbourne Park.
