Poll 2014: BJP makes it prestige issue to win poll

The Aam Admi Party (AAP) which ruled Delhi without sufficient majority
quit the Delhi government after less than two months upon assuming power chiefly
because the leadership knew that the
corrupt BJP-Congress would, sooner than later, jointly
pull down the government and it did not want to waste time
in trying to protect itself and fight the formidable Congress-BJP
duo that seek to block anti-corruption bill in the parliament and Delhi Assembly.
Delhiites obviously were disappointed by the sudden departure of their only hope
- the AAP, but they knew the situation better
than outsiders.
After the first phase of poll in Jammu
Kashmir where the highest polling has in recent times been recorded, the BJP
seems to have lost hopes of making history in JK by getting the first ever
Hindu chief minister which the Congress party in the outgoing Cong-NC
government has been, obviously on the instruction from Congress high command in
New Delhi, demanding after the success of getting the first ever Hindu deputy
chief minister in the explosive border state.
How far the Congress party is secular in
practice and policy has be clear to Indians by now because Congress
party’s secularism is promotion of Hindus, not necessarily the Hindutva
minded ones, but the BJP wants only the Hindutva Hindus to rule the
nation as well as every state in India. That in fact is the one major
difference between Congress party and Hindutva fanatic parties while both exist
to promote Hinduism and Hindus in India and abroad , insult and use Muslims for
their party interests.
Unfortunately, Indians Muslims are tactfully coerced to vote for
project themselves from Hindutva communal forces and for that purpose support
the Congress and other parties like Samajwadi and Bahujan party, NC, etc that
pretend to project the Muslims. Politicians bribe Muslim leaders, through the
prevalent methods, to get the Muslim vote banks in their boxes. They even try
to help some Muslims get quota concessional tickets and visa for performing
Holy Hajj in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, having been kept
under category of suspicious patriots, Muslims need to show they are truly patriotic and
by standing behind a corrupt Congress, they think, can solve the
"patriotic" problem to some extent. But
the Muslims fail to realize that they are indeed promoting Hindutva ideology by
being a part of Congress party which promoted the RSS in Delhi and all
over India. .
A defeat in Delhi for BJP could be understood
by the party leaders and Modi plus RSS as an insultingly dangerous signal for
them all. So, BJP wants to win Delhi at any cost to declare final victory in
India, now that JK looks out of their reach. However, BJP is making all out
efforts to make a Hindutva leader to assume CM post in Delhi and making
strenuous efforts to get some members form Congress party and AAP,
as usual promising ministerial berths and posts and even money. AAP founder
member Ashwini Upadhyay, who joined the BJP on 25th Nov has
been quickly promoted and appointed the spokesperson of the party’s Delhi state
unit, obviously to take on AAP in the poll. Upadhyay had joined the BJP along
with three other AAP leaders, just days after AAP legislator M.S. Dhir, who was
denied a ticket by the party for the upcoming Delhi assembly poll, joined the
BJP.
While the BJP wants more and more AAP members
into the fold, the AAP does not seek conversions into its fold as it is
suspicious of BJP and hence they do not encourage conversions from BJP or
Congress party.
The Aam Aadmi has a historic duty before the
people of Delhi and India and it must perform by winning the poll.
Delhiites are expected to give the AAP, the only non-corrupt and non-communal
party, a clear majority in their Assembly.
Aam Aadmi must view both the corporatist,
communal, corrupt parties viz Congress and BJP as the killers-hangers of common
people of India, their poll campaign should clearly exhibit the common people’s
real sentiments, expose the Congress-BJP secret deals, their agenda in support
of black money and money laundering, the rich and corporate lords,
land-sand-estate-cricket mafias.
BJP is out to make the Delhiites Hindutva
communal people but AAP should deny the BJP that privilege now.
If AAP fails to return to power, it looks,
none can save the Delhiites for 5 years.
