Shame, nothing but shame

India has been badly defeated in the last series too resulting in that Australia swept away the series whereby India could not even win one match what to talk of clinching 4 test series which as such is really nothing but very shameful for India to be honest. No denying the fact in each match irrespective of the type of the game, team members of the game, place of the game and time of the game etc, it could be only one team to win unless they draw so from that point of view Indian team cannot be cursed but the question is how and why Indians have been defeated so poorly?

In 1st test played in Melbourbe, Australia trounced the visitors by 122 runs which is a quite an alarming figure and it demanded some very rational and judicious approach to play the rest three test matches but the ground reality proved to be just the opposite. India was defeated by an innings and 68 runs in the 2nd test played at Sydney. This defeat very clearly proved that India is sliding down but yet some of the selectors back home had thought that India will eventually equalize at the end of the day and this could happen provided the visitors had the biting strength. The 3rd test played at Perth again was won by Australia by an innings and 37 runs meaning by that Indian’s fate had already been sealed off. It was commented in some Indian quarters that India will certainly pounce back at Australians in the 4th and last test match to regain some respect but their own players proved them utterly mistaken. Adelaide test is won by Australia with a big margin of 298 runs.

Without prejudice to once World Cup holder, I wonder less and ponder more as to why and how Indians could not at least salvage their national pride? Where did Indians shine-bowling or batting or fielding? Earlier in 2011 in England too Indians had been beaten alike when they lost all the 4 test matches in a row.  The best batsman ever produced in cricket history named Sachin Tendulakar has miserably failed in each and every innings in Australia while all Indian bowlers too simply could not contain host batsmen and the result is that Indians earned nothing but shame.
