Roza and the Lipstick

One sees some of the female TV artists, news casters and anchors heavily made up to the extent of looking being painted on our TV screens.  As some of them could be fasting, is it allowed for them to wear lipstick – mostly imported - which apart from having some dubious ingredient like the fat of some animal, does have also a taste which the tongue tip could feel distinctly if touched by it.   Would that not affect their Roza?
