Mashoor e alam-M M Alam

It is nothing a divine law that from the day 1st human was born none is eternal and therefore anyone who is born will eventually die if not today then tomorrow and there is no exception to it whatsoever but my question is very simple as to how many are remembered and by whom and where once they die.

Air Commodore (Retd) M M Alam has died this morning but purely and categorically in physical sense only otherwise spiritually he will be remembered by all not within Pakistan or India but worldwide till the very dooms day for the very simple reason that during 1965 war he shot down not 1 or 2 or 3 or even 4 but 5 Indian was planes and that too in less than a minute and I have my very serious doubts if anyone else can boast alike. God forbid, if he had not shot down those planes which were all destined to attack us therefore even a simple brute can very well imagine as to what untold havoc we had faced then at the hands of Indian air force but once it lost as many as 5 war planes, Indians were so much afraid and traumatized that then they had to think not twice but hundred times before planning to attack Pakistan. MM Alam’s such dreadful shooting had terrorized the enemy to the extent that they were shaking in their trousers and dared not to attack on us unless they were their own enemies and wished to be shot down again by Alam. Undoubtedly person like MM Alam who is fearless, gallant, loyal and enjoys risking his life for carrying out most dangerous, risky and dauntless tasks in defending his beloved country is not born even in a century what to talk of decades and years.

I am joined by rest of my compatriots both from within Pakistan and overseas in offering our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and we pray that our national hero lives in upper class paradise, aameen.
