Sectarian Fanaticism

Volumes after volumes can be written on how to control the sectarian fanaticism, but I would suggest only two measures that would go a long way in promoting harmony and accord between the sects.

One.  All mosques and madrassas be brought under the government control and their khateebs  and Nazims be at least Graduates and Masters respectively from the recognized universities and not like the present semi-literate product of madrassas.

Two.  Ban on the use of Loud Speakers be strictly enforced. The ban is already there allowing Azan and Friday Khutba in Arabic only, but it is not implemented. The volume of the speakers should be bare minimum and just loud enough for the congregation inside the mosque or building and not for the general public outside.
