Violence of the Hour is a Grievous Thing
[22. Surah Al-Hajj : Ayah 1-2]
O people! guard against (the punishment from) your Lord; surely the violence of the hour is a grievous thing. On the day when you shall see it, every woman giving suck shall quit in confusion what she suckled, and every pregnant woman shall lay down her burden, and you shall see men intoxicated, and they shall not be intoxicated but the chastisement of Allah will be severe.
Everything will be Destroyed
[18. Surah Al-Kahf : Ayah 7-8]
Surely We have made whatever is on the earth an embellishment for it, so that We may try them (as to) which of them is best in works. And most surely We will make what is on it bare ground without herbage.
[18. Surah Al-Haqqa : Ayah 13-15] And when the trumpet is blown with a single blast, And the earth and the mountains are borne away and crushed with a single crushing. On that day shall the great event come to pass.
[18. Surah Ibrahim : Ayah 48]
On the day when the earth shall be changed into a different earth, and the heavens (as well), and they shall come forth before Allah, the One, the Supreme.
Signs of Approaching End of the World
[47. Surah Muhammad : Ayah 18]
Do they then wait for aught but the hour that it should come to them all of a sudden? Now indeed the tokens of it have (already) come, but how shall they have their reminder when it comes on them?
[54. Surah Al-Qamar : Ayah 1]
The hour drew nigh and the moon did rend asunder.
[27. Surah An-Naml : Ayah 82] And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall i wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications.
[44. Surah Ad-Dukhan : Ayah 10]
Therefore keep waiting for the day when the heaven shall bring an evident smoke.
[21. Surah Al-Anbiyaa : Ayah 96]
Even when Gog and Magog are let loose and they shall break forth from every elevated place.
It will Remain Hidden & It is about to Come
[20. Surah Taha : Ayah 15-16]
Surely the hour is coming-- I am about to make it manifest-- so that every soul may be rewarded as it strives: Therefore let not him who believes not in it and follows his low desires turn you away from it so that you should perish.
[22. Surah Al-Hajj : Ayah 7]
And because the hour is coming, there is no doubt about it; and because Allah shall raise up those who are in the graves.
[79. Surah An-Nazi'at : Ayah 42-46]
They ask you about the hour, when it will come. About what! You are one to remind of it. To your Lord is the goal of it. You are only a warner to him who would fear it. On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it.
