Help For a Slow PC:
- Clean up the disk. Uninstall unneeded programs (especially those that run at startup and/or put something in the system tray), run Disk Cleanup(http: //tech.yahoo. com/blog/ null/2633; _ylt=ApKLDUeZWCJ T9kCehZdUXTgsLpA 5), and defragment (http://tech. yahoo.com/ blog/null/ 3481;_ylt= AocPVvOfVxKSm7To 1E4CsRosLpA5) the drive. This is a good first step that will almost always take a few seconds off boot time and application loads for any computer.
- Run a full anti-virus and anti-spyware scan. You never know what's lurking on your machine, and these anti-malware (http://tech. yahoo.com/ blog/null/ 1696;_ylt= AqgohyRWgPTBK_ zQkNoebgYsLpA5) tools can help you get rid of other PC-clogging detritus on your PC, even if it's not harmful.
- Clean up the registry. This is controversial, as some experts claim registry cleaners (http://tech. yahoo.com/ blog/null/ 3472;_ylt= AnlU1KU67NLIsAr5 1VcDH2wsLpA5)don't really help. I've seen evidence to the contrary, so I recommend doing it if you've got a major slowdown. CCleaner (http://www. ccleaner. com/)is free and worth running.
- Delete old network connections. Your computer may be trying to connect to shared hard drives that no longer exist. In Windows Explorer right-click on any network shares you don't actively use and click Delete. Under Tools, also click "Disconnect Network Drive" to see if there are any others lurking about.
Stomp auto-starting programs. Click Start > Run and type "msconfig" at the prompt. Click the Startup tab and look at all that junk that loads when you launch your PC. Do you really need "Adobe Reader Speed Launch"? Probably not. Turn off anything else that looks useless, but be careful not to disable Windows system components.
Those are the easy and free things you can do. If your computer is still slow you need to move on to the bigger guns.
- Upgrade RAM. This is the one killer trick that will make almost any computer run faster. With an older PC, you will rarely have enough RAM to run today's memory-hogging operating systems and applications, and adding a high-capacity stick or two of quality RAM will give you a quick speed boost. Adding RAM (http://tech. yahoo.com/ blog/null/ 2349;_ylt= AuEu76oalohEpxyP e99xbO0sLpA5)is fairly simple, even for a novice, and you should be able to do the job in 5 or 10 minutes.
- Reinstall Windows. If the above tricks haven't helped, it may be time to wipe the slate clean and start again, reformatting your hard drive, reinstalling your applications, and restoring your data files from a backup. You'd be surprised how much more responsive a freshly reinstalled Windows system can be, as you've wiped out years of temp files, garbled registry entries, old versions of software programs that have been upgraded repeatedly, and all sorts of other electronic junk. Reinstalling is easy if you have the "recovery disk" that came with your PC, and only a bit more involved if you're using a retail copy of Windows XP. Just be sure you back up everything you want to take with you before you pull the trigger!
- Upgrade your hard drive. This is a more complicated solution, but if you're reinstalling Windows (per the prior tip) you might consider upgrading to a bigger and possibly faster hard drive, too. Hard disk storage is a performance bottleneck on every machine, and magnetic disks degrade over time. Some performance issues could be caused by a failing hard drive, even, and upgrading to a new model could really put some zip back in your system. As a bonus, you can use the original hard drive for backups or occasional storage, if you put it in an enclosure.

How to add music to your outgoing mails
1st open options in ur email options then open signature
2nd make sure ur signature box is set for graphics and color
3rd put a check in the box that says HTML and a check in the box that says add to all out going messages
4th copy this code (that follows below) and paste it in the sig box

above is the code to add music in ur yahoo mail and below is the steps how:
Where it is written "HTML GOES HERE" insert a link from a streaming song or midi from a website e.g.
Mission impossible midi

This link will be placed between the quotes.
Instead of "HTML GOES HERE" it'll be
"http://www. sunncity .com/music/ mid7/missionimpo ssible.mid"
between the quotes ....
5th leave checked the box that says add signature to all out going mail
6th uncheck the box that says HTML
now you should hear music
7th click save
notes:
before sending email, 1st send a mail to urself to make sure the code is not showing and that you are hearing the music.
midis are best to use since songs take too long to load when opening a mail from senders.
load your midis from any midi site to your computer then load to geocities or to any free web page site then copy and paste the html in the code above between the " " .
( I only have the code for Yahoo mails, sorry at this time I don't have for the other mails. If anyone else had the code for hotmail or any other email and would like to share it please do.)

1) Agar App ko pata laga ho keh app ka modem thek install hua hai aur thek kam ker raha hai to app ye karain keh dos main jain aur wahan ja ker ye command den. c:\>echo atdt>comx "x" ki bajai app nay us com ka name likhna hai jis per app ka modem install hai.agar app ko nahen pata keh app ka modem kis com per install hai to app control panel main ja ker modem ko open karain gay to app ko kay samnay com1 com2 aur com3 show ho jain gi.inteno main say kisi aik per app ka modem install ho ga aur us com kay samnay us modem ka name likha ho ga.
to wapis command per aatay hain.ooper wali command likh ker enter karain gay to app kay modem say beep aani shoro ho jai gi is kay bad beepp khatam kernay kay lia ye command likhain "c:\>echo ath>comx"
2) bahut ziada disconnect honay ki soorat main dialup ki properties main jain wahan say configure phir connection aur phir advance aur wahan extra setting main likhain s10=50

Aaj main aap ko Spool Folder kay use kay barey main batoon ga XP main Spool folder wo folder hota hai jis main window apni print jobs ko put karti hai aur jab ye jobs complete ho jati hain tu phir ye us program ko control wapas kar daytien hain jis program say Spool folder main print jobs ayien thein. Magar hum Spool folder ki location ko change kar dein tu is say humari window ki performance increase ho jaye gi, aur printing speed bhi fast ho jaye gi.
1) Sub say phelay aap aik new folder create karein kisi bhi naam say kisi dosrey partition main.
2) phir start par click karien aur phir "Printers & faxes" par click karein
3) phir File par click karein aur "Server Properties" par click karein
4) yahan par aap "Advanced" tab par click karein
5) yahan par "Spool folder" kay box main wo purey folder ka path type
kar dein jo aap nay create kia hai.
6) phir "apply" par click kar dein
7) Window aap ko aik message display karey gi aap "Yes" click kar dein.
8) aur phir "OK" kar kay server properties kay box say exit ho jaien
Aap examine karein gaien kay aap ki window ki performance increase
hoi hai aur printing bhi fast hoi hai.

Jab koi program install hota hai to windows temp folder mein aksar files store ho jati hain.Installation complete hone per in files ki zaroorat baaqi nahi rehti hai aur inhein remove kiya ja sakta hai.
Kuch application Temp folder ko execution ke dauran temporary storage ke taur per bhi istemal karte hain.yeh temp files program close hone per
apne aap delete ho jati hain lekin agar program abnormally close hone per yeh files reh jaati hain.
wajah kuch bhi ho temp files aapke hard disk ke kemti space ko consume karti hain.yeh computer ke smooth functioning mein bhi problem create kar sakti hain.
isliye temp files ko regularly delete karte rehna chaiye.
aap chahein to desktop per ek shortcut create kar sakte hain jisko double click karne per temp folder se files apne aap delete ho jayengi.
is shortcut ke liye aap
1) desktop per right click karke New/Shortcut select karein
2)command line box mein yeh enter karein
deltree /y c:\windows\temp\ *.*
3)Click "Next" aur shortcut ke liye ek appropriate name and icon select karke "Finish" per click karein.
4)new shortcut per right click karke "Properties" choose karein.
5) "Program" tab ko choose karein. "Close on exit" check box ko enable karein ."Run" drop-down menu, mein select "Minimized".
6)"Ok" per click karein.
ab aap jab bhi is shorcut per double click kareinge aapke Windows Temp folder se files delete ho jayengi.
agar aap is process ko automatic banana chahte hain to is shorcut ko StartUp folder mein drag kar lian iss tarah aap jab bhi windows start kareinge temp folder apne aap clear ho jayega.
