According to a news item written constitution is not vital to development of a country. It gave example of Canada, United Kingdom, Israel and New Zealand where there is no written constitution but are far ahead in development. It further said that a person abducted from Dalbandeen was detained at police station and the police had demanded handsome ransom money to release him.
