Dear Abdul fawad

thanx for your precious reply.

but just let u clear ONE thing, of course this the responsibility of parents to choose the school for their kid, but what material should teach there, is the responsibility of govt.

in the past and present Govt have banned and have lift the  ban from many books.

Govt is so active in removing Jihad from the courses, Govt is so active in removing Khulfa-e-rashdeedn, Ni shan-e-hayder and Namaz from the courses.

Govt is so active in removing wars from the courses but in this case you are blaming parents and saying its not govt's responsibility or saying that govt is not active in this manner.

no my brother this is not the case, if any thing happening in Pakistan is against Islam and Pakistan, no one is here to stop them on Govt level, but if there is any thing happening for the good of Islam and Pakistan, every single part of Govt machinery is active in stopping it.

like when there were drug and sex scandals in Cricket , no one took part to stop them on bigger level but when it comes to Islam, u all know whats happening,

every thing happening t Pakistani people is the responsibility of the Govt, as every thing happening to children is responsibility of there parents.

Who is pushing Pakistani parents to the craze for this O and A level nonsense? (afmahmud@yahoo.com)
Dear All,
This is a typical conspiracy theory.
Who is pushing Pakistani parents to the craze for this O and A level nonsense? They are ready to sell their shirts and skirts for "educating" their children in the St. This and Saint That English medium schools who charge like hell for this service. Certainly not the Government. Its only sin is that it has completely withdrawn itself from the business of public education.
The recognized official system of education is still Matriculation and not GCE. Blame the inferiority complex of the entire nation for the cultural onslaught - that is not (it is simply an embrace of the much too willing bride.
And, please leave Islam out of this whole sordid business.
Abul Fazal Mahmud
