the attached file is about a murtad<kafir> declared  such  by fatwas of  renowned mufties in december 2005 who used disgracing language against hazrat Muhammad<saw> ,the final prophet  sent by God almighty. He did such  wicked  act on 13 december 2006 night  just few days  before bye elections for a national assembly seat NA 189 bahawal nagar. though he  received  only 8913 votes against other two candidates dr mian ihsan bari <received  votes 66452 > and shahida sattar laleka <received votes 26432> as  per rigging report   sent to election commission by district returning officer district sessions judge bahawal nagar and so immediately afterwards he was transferred for committing crime of "speaking truth" and sending the actual results to higher ups,but murtad person  by connivance of Govt party leadership  was officially announced elected which was a shameful act of election commission of Pakistan. This result was not acceptable to voters of the constituency, so they made a pledge and  are on oath that they will not allow the declared murtad<kafir>MNA  mr ali akbar wains to enter any area of constituency. the murtad knowing all these facts has still not dared enter into this particular area otherwise some untoward incidence might have been occured .though chief election commissioner was removed after wards, but voters of illaqa are waiting for  time when real action  is taken against declared murtad and kafir MNA  by state machinery .on day of recent eid ul fitr during eid prayers again resolutions were passed against the declared murtad<kafir >MNA  .people have been heard saying that if president of Pakistan mr Pervaiz Musharraf orders  for hanging of particular person <who continuously used insulting language against the prophet hazrat Muhammad<saw>,and basic principles of islam in his speeches  during election compaign> in front of parliment building  islamabad ,he<the president> may be popular again  and his obedient servants <MNA s,MPA s,etc> can  gain ground.see details in attached file .requested  to publish in all audio video media and print media,all news papers and magazines.chief justice of Pakistan  is also appealed to take suiomoto action.all true followers of allah and hazrat Muhammad <saw> should try vast publicity of this column and should send to dignatories and their  beloved friends,so that the particular murtad MNA   may feel himself  as a rotten  dead  disgraced person of society.allah hafiz
