Mansehra, Abbottabad and Hazara are observing complete strike for the past few days in protest to renaming the province and today no vehicle was allowed to enter or leave the area cutting it off from the rest of the country. It is just the beginning and more such strikes and unrest are likely to follow suit including in other parts of the province also. Click here to read Full Article

NWFP is not only Mardan, Swabi and Charsada – stronghold of the ANP- but also Kohat, Hangu, Tal, DI Khan, Bannu, FATA comprising of seven large agencies with very independent and strong tribal traditions, Haripur Hazara, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Kohistan, Dir, Bajaur, Amb, Buneir, Swat, and Chitral who have neither much love lost for the name nor for the ANP party itself. Similarly the depths of despair caused by our cricket heroes by their unenviable feats in New Zealand and Australia has resulted only in banning the two indefinitely, two for one year and Click here to read Full Article

I am at a loss to find an appropriate word for ghairat in English probably there is none because they have none of it. He equates the honourable act of the FATA Senators of not subjecting themselves to the body scan at the US airport with thei Click here to read Full Article
