The parliament has removed the ban on the YouTube. More than anyone else it must have overjoyed the winners of the recently held bidding for the award of 3G and 4G in the telecommunication sector. The bidders had bid far less for the award on the pretext that they would not be able to muster the clientele in the required numbers due to the ban on the YouTube which was in fact the biggest revenue

It was really refreshing for an old soldier of the 7th PMA Long Course - commissioned February 1953 - and later PMA Ghaznavi Company Commander (1967-69) to watch the 129th passing out parade of the PMA Kakul this morning. Many an old memory revived so vividly as if the 61 long years in between never existed ! Much has changed at the Rafiullah Drill Square since and pleasantly for the better too.

It was quite heartening to watch over a private TV channel transporters of Hafizabad thrashing a Police traffic ASI left and right who had booked one of them allegedly for not paying him the illegal gratification.
