Kala Pani, Blackwater or Xe Services is hired by Zardari to protect mafias.
By: Earthman, International Professor
Two three days back behind Super Market at Islamabad the road in front of girls school was sealed off by security agencies, nobody was allowed to enter that area, a known plain clothes officer was standing at a distance of that area, when asked why such busy area is sealed by agencies, he turned his face towards sky and replied - Kala Pani Security Goray"“ than used uncounted letter words in Potohari language to praise Zardari "“ Behnoo xxx and Maoo xxx etc.
In the meantime from Peshawar some friends informed that Zardari, Gaylani and Kiyani mafia has hired Black water for the safety and security of Govt. officials and army generals as such brave officers of Black Water are rolling on the streets of Peshawar. Problem in confirmation of such news items always require backing of media reports as agents of PPP right away reject such eye witnesses. Usually corrupt media has no chance to inform public about matters of national importance and try to camouflage bitter facts. A few daring journalists are risking their lives but their voice is very weak in front of deceitful crowd of dishonest Govt. hired moles in media.
However a report published in media later confirmed presence of the Kala Pani or Blackwater in Pakistan. Hiring private army by the Pak Army mercenaries was in pipeline since long as existence of such armed security agencies of the international notoriety is usually counted as a matter of pride that protects colonial viceroys, vicegerents and slaves of colonial powers.
Pakistan is gradually taking shape which is a normal practice under pre- occupation state. Evidence of presence of notorious scholars of colonial technologies are frequently distinguished at Islamabad. Self transition to a colonial state or formal announcement of an occupied territory is a matter of months not years. However it would be miracle which could have forced out red bears from Pakistan. Yankees have no tradition to leave without bagging lagoons of blood and towers of skulls in their folds.
Consolation of ruling elite:
Looters, suckers and assassins are very comfortable with the current situation. In their opinion imperialists have permitted them to carry on plundered amounts and those have no risk of any accountability with in Pakistan, in addition the presence of foreign troops would secure their lands, properties and bank balances anywhere.
Let them live in illusions; history is witness that ruling elite of any nation prior to any wrath of God always have dependence on external powers and licentious life style. One more cause of rage of God is all the times unjust blood of innocent peoples. So anger of God in the shape of red bear is gradually piercing on the lands of Pakistan, whenever their marines once entered in a capitol then even change of Govt. or rivers of blood never forced them out. Traditional armies never have matching powers to expel them from their lands. In case of Pakistan a forceful lobby was busy since long to create a situation to invite foreign forces to protect them from self created demons. However it is not possible that communists, liberal fascists, NGO's, army generals, terrorists of MQM, thugs of Peoples party and fascists of ANP would remain safe in their luxurious bungalows situated in posh localities of urban areas. Fire which those have burnt would ultimately burn their safe heavens. Misinformation floated by ruling elite is pathetic such as: Pakistan will survive up till resurrection day, it is very powerful country, and its forces are very brave which has the capability to defend the country and many other deceptive slogans. Every citizen may have well sentiments for their country, but remember there is a great difference in between illusions and ground realities. Such as "Hanooz Dilli door ast" (Still Delhi is for from invaders) and twice fall of Baghdad, Dacca, Kabul , Palestine and many other examples are on hand when ruling elite was corrupt, army was put up for sale, clergy was engaged in sectarianism, licentiousness was on the house, flow of free money and lack of justice ultimately pushed them under occupation.
By and large current situation is idyllic for occupational masters: Our army generals have been hired to protect imperialism and almost 20,000 troops are working to protect colonists around the world. Currently on the name of training and intelligence sharing a large number of foreigners are here at different locations. ISI is operating with KHAD and CIA in Afghanistan near borders of Pakistan. ISI is also working with RAW with the help of MOSAD. At least three dozen active and retired generals are on direct pay role of different agencies. Majority of generals are prominent and known agents, however some retired generals who appears on TV shows are used to make grounds for forthcoming ventures and then disappear after implementation of desired commands. Watch TV shows of last days of Mush and right before invasion of Swat. Some retired generals have been financed and those are running defense and strategic think tanks. Secretary Defense, a retired general is also among well-known secret agents.
The Zardari mafia plus spying agency of Rahman Malik at London, links of Fauzia Wahab with a West European secret agency and she is nick named as German Sheppard. Links of Sherry Rahman with Citi bank, Shah Mahmood Qureshi was also member of an intelligence network. Speaker of National Assembly and her husband Zulfiqar Mirza have same agencies on their back. Everybody knows links of Husain Haqqani and his third wife Isfahani who have dual links that is why she is living next to bed room of Zardari at president house. Dependence of Altaf Husian is not a secret, he is a declared proclaimed offender and his wife has lodged a case against him at London, which is lingering in courts since long whereas such kind of cases did not take so long as a tradition of British courts system. And position of Abdullah Husain Haroon of Dawn is also known.
Media has reached to its maximum decline, majority of peoples have stopped to watch Govt. sponsored talk shows, same faces and propaganda in the absence of any information has annoyed majority of viewers and readers. It is duty of media to dig out information, lame excuses that army has stopped info or journalists are in danger, so those like to sit at home instead of searching other means is unacceptable practice. Hayatullah Khan was murdered by ISI, later his wife was also killed by same agency but entire journalist communities choose to remain silent. Later same happened with prominent reporter of Jang Group at Swat, but media owners did not bothered to lodge any complaint against ISI. Colleagues of dead journalists are too scared that except one or two nobody dared to point out real culprits. It is unacceptable that there is no source of info in war zones, peoples were trapped by Pak army to use them as a human shield, however a few locals dared to send out brutalities and massacres of army but those were flushed out by media. Media has lost its growing popularity and settled on Govt. sponsored ads or journalists are dependent on bribes. During the conflict between lawyers and Journalists some peoples raised slogans that media is receiving bribes to publish real news items.
A few examples that why media is lost its popularity? General Secretary of PFUJ is brother of rotten general of ISPR, whereas head of media owners belongs to Dawn group which is known agent of the Zardari mafia, and working as ambassador at UNO. ARY is also on pay role of Zardari and its sole outstanding anchor Mr. Kashif Abbasi is under persecution since long, owner of ARY was partner of Zardari in money laundering cases as well. Programs on GEO like Crisis Cell are under control of brother of DG ISPR or Mush group. Furthermore GEO, Dawn and ARY are under complete grip of army or Zardari mafia who are operating media. However Jang group occasionally provide informative reports camouflaged and hidden in deceptive stories. Dunya TV channel is completely in grip of Mush group and ISI moles. Mush group is very active in Geo network and individuals are operating many websites as well. Entire media is divided in Mush group, Zardari mafia, Army mafia and MQM terrorists. There are a few honest anchors or reporters who dared to pass on truth; otherwise majority is habitual in floating homemade stories without any reference. Their programs reveal that who is behind any program. Rapid expansion of media has unveiled many sacred cows of media. So peoples are no crazier to sit in front of TV channels and watch lies and deceptions.
Many faces have emerged as a savior of Zardari and saying that NRO and past crimes of Zardari are no more questionable. Same group is behind murder of Benazir and establishment of American super embassy. Mostly beneficiaries of NRO and death of BB. Soon after so called death of Baitullah Mehsud, Rahman Malik has requested courts to stop proceedings against scapegoats in Benazir murder case under a plea that a new case would be initiated after UNO enquiry reports. So what about peoples who have been charged against murder of Benazir, and on the basis of their investigations, Baitullah Mehsood was declared a pro claimed offender. That is why Gen. Kiyani was trying hard to eliminate Baitullah before he may be produced in any court of law. And it is on record that Rahman Malik said that he was 95 % killed on intelligence provided by Pakistan, that's mean ISI is behind drone attacks.
Talking about hiring Kala Pani or Black Water for the safety and security of Zardari, Gaylani and army generals, it is very well clear that those cowards have no feet, and their status is no more than Karazai or Nuri Almaliki. Moreover after establishment of super embassy at Islamabad, prostitution gangs would have direct access to entertain marines, supply of alcohol and Kiyani would be bound to establish a red light area like Karazai has established at Kabul. Red Light club of Kabul has achieved popularity on global scale for provision of relaxation to invaders that anybody can check on web.
It would be a great opportunity for Asfandyar Wali to entertain foreigners under experiences of Northern alliance. Some peoples are saying that Kala Pani would protect Asfandyar Wali who is in hiding at Islamabad under fears of retaliation from victims.
Such coward generals and politicians really need protection of Kala Pani, Black Water or Xe Services. Please read two reports

Presence of US guards irks Peshawarities, August 19, 2009 PESHAWAR: The reported presence of American security personnel in the provincial capital and their increasing movement in residential areas of the city has added to the anxiety of residents. There were reports that foreign security agents, reportedly members of a private US security firm, Blackwater, which is now known as Xe Services, had landed in the city after a firing incident targeting the outgoing principal officer of the US Consulate in Peshawar, Lynne Tracy, and the murder of her countryman, Stephen deVance, last year. Initially, there were reports that agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been hired to secure the US officials. However, later there were reports that Blackwater had been assigned the task.
The company, which had earned worldwide criticism for killing large number of civilians while providing security to a convoy of American officials in Baghdad in 2007, has reportedly hired a spacious building for its office in the posh University Town. It was reportedly part of a project to build a facility for training of paramilitary force in the Warsak area in Peshawar district. Residents of the University Town, however, disclosed they had often observed movement of foreign security personnel with the US diplomats and other officials. "No local is allowed to ride a car with tinted glasses in the city, but the foreigners drive in such vehicles without any fear of interception by the cops," remarked Imran Shafi, a student of a private sector university located in the University Town. |

Blackwater tied to CIA assassination plot
Millions were spent on program, which did not capture or kill any suspects By: Mark Mazzetti, New York Times Wed., Aug 19, 2009
WASHINGTON - The Central Intelligence Agency in 2004 hired outside contractors from the private security contractor Blackwater USA as part of a secret program to locate and assassinate top operatives of Al Qaeda, according to current and former government officials. Executives from Blackwater, which has generated controversy because of its aggressive tactics in Iraq, helped the spy agency with planning, training and surveillance. The C.I.A. spent several million dollars on the program, which did not capture or kill any terrorist suspects. The fact that the C.I.A. used an outside company for the program was a major reason that Leon E. Panetta, the new C.I.A. director, became alarmed and called an emergency meeting to tell Congress that the agency had withheld details of the program for seven years, the officials said. It is unclear whether the C.I.A. had planned to use the contractors to capture or kill Qaeda operatives, or just to help with training and surveillance. American spy agencies have in recent years outsourced some highly controversial work, including the interrogation of prisoners. But government officials said that bringing outsiders into a program with lethal authority raised deep concerns about accountability in covert operations.
Officials said that the C.I.A. did not have a formal contract with Blackwater for this program but instead had individual agreements with top company officials, including the founder, Erik D. Prince, a politically connected former member of the Navy Seals and the heir to a family fortune. Blackwater's work on the program actually ended years before Mr. Panetta took over the agency, after senior C.I.A. officials themselves questioned the wisdom of using outsiders in a targeted killing program. Blackwater, which has changed its name, most recently to Xe Services, and is based in North Carolina, in recent years has received millions of dollars in government contracts, growing so large that the Bush administration said that it was a necessary part of its war operation in Iraq.
Excessive force? It has also drawn controversy. Blackwater employees hired to guard American diplomats in Iraq were accused of using excessive force on several occasions, including shootings in downtown Baghdad in 2007 in which 17 civilians were killed. Iraqi officials have since refused to renew the company's operating license.
Several current and former government officials interviewed for this article spoke only on the condition of anonymity because they were discussing details of a still classified program. Paul Gimigliano, a C.I.A. spokesman, declined to provide details about the canceled program, but he said that Mr. Panetta's decision on the assassination program was "clear and straightforward." "Director Panetta thought this effort should be briefed to Congress, and he did so," Mr. Gimigliano said. "He also knew it hadn't been successful, so he ended it." A Xe spokeswoman did not return calls seeking comment.
Senator Dianne Feinstein, the California Democrat who leads the Senate Intelligence Committee, also declined to give details of the program. But she praised Mr. Panetta for notifying Congress. "It is too easy to contract out work that you don't want to accept responsibility for," she said. The C.I.A. this summer conducted an internal review of the assassination program that recently was presented to the White House and the Congressional intelligence committees. The officials said that the review stated that Mr. Panetta's predecessors did not believe that they needed to tell Congress because the program was not far enough developed.
The House Intelligence Committee is investigating why lawmakers were never told about the program. According to current and former government officials, former Vice President Dick Cheney told C.I.A. officers in 2002 that the spy agency did not need to inform Congress because the agency already had legal authority to kill Qaeda leaders. One official familiar with the matter said that Mr. Panetta did not tell lawmakers that he believed that the C.I.A. had broken the law by withholding details about the program from Congress. Rather, the official said, Mr. Panetta said he believed that the program had moved beyond a planning stage and deserved Congressional scrutiny.
"It's wrong to think this counterterrorism program was confined to briefing slides or doodles on a cafeteria napkin," the official said. "It went well beyond that."
Current and former government officials said that the C.I.A.'s efforts to use paramilitary hit teams to kill Qaeda operatives ran into logistical, legal and diplomatic hurdles almost from the outset. These efforts had been run by the C.I.A.'s counterterrorism center, which runs operations against Al Qaeda and other terrorist networks. In 2002, Blackwater won a classified contract to provide security for the C.I.A. station in Kabul, Afghanistan, and the company maintains other classified contracts with the C.I.A., current and former officials said. Over the years, Blackwater has hired several former top C.I.A. officials, including Cofer Black, who ran the C.I.A. counterterrorism center immediately after the Sept. 11 attacks. C.I.A. operatives also regularly use the company's training complex in North Carolina. The complex includes a shooting range used for sniper training.
An executive order signed by President Gerald R. Ford in 1976 barred the C.I.A. from carrying out assassinations, a direct response to revelations that the C.I.A. had initiated assassination plots against Fidel Castro of Cuba and other foreign politicians. The Bush administration took the position that killing members of Al Qaeda, a terrorist group that attacked the United States and has pledged to attack it again, was no different from killing enemy soldiers in battle, and that therefore the agency was not constrained by the assassination ban.
But former intelligence officials said that employing private contractors to help hunt Qaeda operatives would pose significant legal and diplomatic risks, and they might not be protected in the same way government employees are. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32484932/ns/politics-the_new_york_times
