Does it not look strange that the very entity whose sole purpose is to ensure justice to a victim is protesting against the hanging of a murderer? It is also sad to see at times some of the black coats totting guns in the courts premise

Kindly allow me to share with your learned readers a very apt and logical response given by Lt Gen Khalid Naeem Lodhi (Retd) ex- Defence Secretary, who was asked the other day to comment upon the oft sermonized and obliquely hinted harangue of the political rulers that everyone should remain confined to his own domain and just do the task allocated to him under the constitution. Mustafa Kamal’s press conference of March 3rd was no less than a bomb shell dropped by him to decimate the MQM Chief Altaf Bhai and the party itself too in the process. The most damaging allegation was that of the MQM receiving funds from the Indian RAW for the last twenty years! According to him the PPP government Interior minister Mr. Rehman Malik was also in know of such funding by the RAW of

Maulana Fazlur Rehman has ridiculed the Punjab Assembly for passing the women protection bill which provides protection and legal recourse to the women victim of domestic violence. Surprisingly some other religio-political parties have also joined the JUI (F) in condemning the bill calling it unIslamic and against Shariah. May I ask them : (1) By calling this law unIslamic, do they mean tha

Some hefty and robust mice were found in a plane of a private airlines. This is a very serious and highly hazardous matter. The rodents are known to relish to gnaw at and chew upon the plastic outer covering of cables thus rendering the inside current carrying conductors bare which could cause short circuiting. The task of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has been to provide security to all member countries from enemies and even allies like Israel (which is increasingly becoming a fascist terror state) and shield their individual as well as collective crimes. NATO is a deadly threat to humanity and world peace, serious existential threat to Muslim nations and their resources. Like the dangerou

While it may be a source of comfort to a few yet, the most have shown concern over the announcement of Gen. Raheel declining any extension in service given to him. Their main concern is the unfinished task of eliminating terrorism in Pakistan. If I may, let me assure them that anyone succeeding Gen. Raheel will have no other option but to continue with his policy(ies) in this respect. I think the
