He was made In charge of Military Intelligence when Musharraf came into power.He sent hundreds of MQM criminals abroad; interestingly most of them were in various jails.He with connivance of MQM LAWYERS, OFFICIALS, prepared fake passports of all those in jails and sent them abroad on fake names. It's not blame, just took the record of all Sindh jails from 1998 to 2000, and tries to find all prisoners during said period.
After retirement he was rewarded with coveted post of Home Secretary, where he destroyed almost all records on MQM men, issued millions or arms licenses for MQM.
Karachi is becoming a separate state like Israel? Sooner or later and remember East Pakistan debacle? Musharraf, Shaukat Aziz, many Corp Commanders etc are ignoring MQM activities as Bengali Officials did in past.
Nawaz Sharif was blamed very bitterly for appointing his brother CM, another Punjabi as President, but what now? Musharraf ,MQM man from India as said by Benazir Bhutto,Shaukat Aziz another MQM man from India, Vice Chief of Army Staff Ahsan Salim Hayat another Urdu Speaker, Seven Corps Commanders have been said to belong MQM, more than 27 Federal secretaries are from MQM ,with fake domiciles of Punjab.Sindh Goveror ,well known for drilling the bodies of innocent Pathabns, Punjabis, Sindhis, Seraikis and Balochis ,is from MQM.
If you probe in detail 2% MQM ruling 98% innocent people of Sindh, Punjab, NWFP and Balochistan with the connivance of SPNIELESS OPPOSTUNISTS OF ALL THESE PROVINCES.

6. This house strongly condemns the non-compliance of the Sindh High Court orders to bring the chief justice of Pakistan safely fro Airport to the premises of Sindh High Court with due protocol. We demand that the contempt of court proceedings be initiated against the governor and the Chief Minster of Sindh, and the advisor of home affairs, home secretary and Inspector General of Sindh Police.

MQM having ball of a time now by arranging rent a crowd in favor of Musharraf. MQM getting hefty fee for this service through secret funds. MQM has given a list of 3 dozen of its activists for elimination as they are beyond their control. Such requests in respect of policemen already complied with by Musharraf n co.

DG ISI Gen.Kyani and Governor Sindh Ishrat ul Ebad have had two meetings with CJ Sindh High Court where he was summoned to meet them. CJ obliged but did not budge to commit to play to the military tune.ISI officials are making hectic efforts directly or through the friends and relatives of the key members of Judiciary to obtain a favorable judgment to oust the CJ of Pakistan. They still hope to succeed. There is no limit to the money and other tempting deals being offered.
The continuous pressure by Legal and Political community is the only hope. The biggest blow will be from Peoples party if it entered any deals with the Government.

The deal between BB and Musharraf entails,
1. Election by present assemblies in uniform. PPP will abstain.
2. Musharraf doffs uniform on 31st Dec. 2007.
3. Next COS Army will be appointed by mutual agreement between Musharraf and BB.
4. Musharraf will facilitate BB's coming to power and patch up with MQM.
5. Govt. will not pursue cases against BB and Asif Ali Zardari.
