Gen. Kiyani made millions on Raymond Davis at Muscat, Gen. Zia introduced Islamic Laws are honoured by PPP.

By: International Professor

Raymond David has been set free as expected and Gen Kiyani and Gen Pasha have played central role in his release. ISI high jacked the courts, lawyers and relatives of the victims. Hillary Clinton says that U.S. has not paid any money to seek indemnity with the family of the victims soon after release of Raymond Davis.

There is no doubt that Gen. Kiyani is defecto Chairman of Pakistan and Gen. Pasha is the first lady of Pakistan, and everything happening in Pakistan is at the sole discretion of mercenary army generals. Democracy, parliament, constitution, courts and government have no power to disobey orders of Kiyani, Pasha and other generals. Our optimism about Pakistani courts and Chief Justice has also been drowned with the current strained decision of Lahore High Courts.

Following media reports are witness that hands of General Kiyani are soaked in release of Raymond Davis, and Generals of Pakistan army have made millions on the name of his release. Many scholars at Rawalpindi and Islamabad have firm belief that since transfer of money to Swiss banks has become dangerous task, so our political and army elite believes on cash bribes and most money is transferred via VVIP jets, and Kiyani and other generals were bribed in cash at Muscat.

In support of their claims within hours media disclosed that Raja Irshad Kiyani, an advocate of Supreme Courts who earlier had no links to Raymond Davis case was leading in today’s suspicious and secretive affairs. Raja Irshad is a known front man of Gen. Kiyani and Gen. Shuja Pasha, and belongs to same ancestral area of Kiyani, some peoples disclosed that he is relative of Gen. Kiyani, and described distribution of Rs. 220 million by the hands of Irshad Kiyani clearly shows his links with Gen. Kiyani and Gen. Shuja Pasha in handling of this case. Moreover this is the same advocate that appeared in Supreme Courts when Judges were going to deliver their verdict and eleven missing person were found in the custody of ISI.

Secondly as it is well known that Gen. Kiyani has the notoriety of harbouring corrupt politicians and he has swept almost US$ 20 billion. His extension in service along with Pasha clearly shows that he is part of Zardari and Gilani’s corruption mafia.

Everyone knows that current at least 20 top generals, air force chief and naval chief is on pay role of CIA and Pakistan Air force arranged in departure of Raymond Davis out of Pakistan. First read the following report:

15-03-2011: Breakthrough likely in ISI-CIA talks

ISLAMABAD: The Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) are close to a reset in their knotty relations, with behind-the-scene negotiations reportedly making progress. A breakthrough is likely in days ahead.

An end to the feud will not only help resolve the dispute over immunity for jailed CIA operative Raymond Davis but also help both countries overcome the hard patch in their ties.

“There are some positive developments in ongoing negotiations,” a security official told Dawn on Monday without specifying how much ground the two sides had covered. He, however, said both sides were ‘grudgingly accommodating each other’ to save the overall bilateral relationship.

Though there are hardly any evident markers to judge progress in dialogue on affairs of spy agencies, US Embassy’s reaction to the Lahore High Court (LHC) avoiding a ruling on immunity for Davis was quite telling.US Embassy Spokesman Alberto Rodriguez, in a very brief comment, said: “US position is well known and we are working with Pakistani authorities to resolve the issue.”

His reaction definitely contrasted that of Ambassador Cameron Munter after the previous hearing in the case by the LHC (Feb 17), when he said: “The United States is disappointed that the government of Pakistan did not certify that Raymond Davis has diplomatic immunity”.

The immunity dispute quite expectedly remained unresolved in the LHC because Davis is no more central to this controversy, which has been overtaken by other matters pertaining to the problematic Pakistan-US security cooperation whose bedrock is the collaboration between ISI and CIA.

The Davis episode was just the latest manifestation of the disquiet in the relations between the agencies that had been going on for some time and had found varying expressions, be it the frequent CIA allegations of Pakistanis patronising jihadi groups and being insincere in fight against extremists or filing of a law suit in a New York court by relatives of Mumbai carnage against ISI chief or blowing the cover of CIA’s Islamabad station head Jonathan Banks, leading to his recall.

Notwithstanding what face this friction in ties got from time to time, US officials confirm that there had been divergences over strategic interests and timing of anti-militancy operations—a reference to Pakistan military’s reluctance to go after the North Waziristan-based Haqqani network.

As the situation reached the tipping point and both the agencies engaged in an ugly public spat, ISI sought a redefinition of its terms of engagement with CIA. ISI’s litany of complaints against CIA included the American agency developing its own network of undeclared spies and disregarding ISI as an institution and sacrifices of its personnel.

The progress in negotiations achieved so far, a source said, was made possible because of cool heads on both sides, who realised that keeping the ISI-CIA relationship intact was in the interest of both the agencies.

Analysts believe the outcome of the dialogue was crucial for settling the row over immunity for Davis.

Qisas o Deet (Immunity) Laws:

Today Peoples Party is trying to honour Gen. Zia made Islamic Qisas o Deet laws, is it not hypocrisy? When Fauzia Wahab was hired by CIA and ISI to plead Raymond Davis case she was sent out of sight. Zardari and Nawaz Shariff are behind ISI in all such activity. Shahbaz Shariff and Gilani slipped out of country while army was managing release of Raymond Davis. Heart attack of Nawaz Shariff is a drama and try to defuse anger of peoples. After severe heart attack would he still be candidate of Prime Minister?

Shame on Chief Justice High Courts Lahore:

Current chief justice of High court Lahore is a corrupt person and his direct involvement in breaking the laws is shocking, it means everyone in elite category was known for selling his mother and now judiciary has joined the race.

Joy of PPP, PML N and Liberal Fascists:

According to many leaders of PPP and PML N release of Raymond Davis is a moment of joy for them as reported by media? Some PPP’s leaders are saying it is a slap on the faces of those Pakistani’s who were considering Raymond as terrorist.

Conclusion:

Release of Raymond has clearly exposed true face of army generals, Zardari mafia and Nawaz Shariff Company. It has left alone chief justice and would be a question mark on the integrity of Judges. It is proved that Islamic laws introduced by Gen. Zia were legitimate and now neither liberal fascists nor PPP has any mouth to reject those laws.

Shame on Pakistan army, Zardari, Gilani, Nawaz Shariff and Shahbaz Shariff for defaming pride of Pakistan and proving that Pakistani’s can sell their mothers for money.

PPP has legitimize Gen. Zia introduced Islamic Laws.

I wanted to say that the liberal fascists, communists, atheists, prostitution gangs and druggies who are against Islamic Laws by tooth and nail are now taking advantage of same laws of Sharia. Second point I wanted to say that PPP that drags in every matter to Gen. Zia and starts to bash him has also taken advantage of Sharia Law. I wrote that by which mouth now those would bash Gen. Zia and Islamic laws.

Everyone knows that U.S. is against Islamic laws and majority of NGO’s and human rights groups who are opposing Islamic laws are on pay role Western countries. Whether it is not the miracle that same U.S. has been forced to accept same laws and in their own words “Dictator made Islamic Laws”.

Since atheists are in government and those have applied same Islamic laws in hap hazard manner that spirit of same laws have been ruined.

However it is also miracle that since last week every leader of PPP was saying that Bhutto’s hanging was a “Judicial Murder”, and everyone was attacking on integrity of Pakistani courts but after departure of Raymond Davis those now are saying that we respect court’s decision of Islamic Laws.

Such gang wants to remove only those clauses from the constitution which are hurdle in prostitution, alcoholism, adultery and free sex. Majority of those gangs is coward and has no courage to directly ask for removal of Islamic clauses, so those use name of Gen. Zia to bash Islamic laws.

I again say that PPP has used Gen. Zia’s introduced Islamic laws and today every leader of PPP is pleading same laws. It is indirect answer to their Islam bashing.

Kiyani made Rs. 1.2 billion in Raymond case

According to first round of reports Malik Munsif, attorney has disclosed that actual offer to families of victims in Raymond case was Rs. 1.2 billion (one arab 20 crore) and out of that amount only Rs. 221 million have been paid to families, whereas an amount of roughly Rs. 850 million (85 Crore) has gone in the pocket of Generals via Raja Irshad advocate.

Malik Munsif has announced on TV channels loudly and clearly, he has repeated figure many times.

Would you like to trust corrupt generals and would such army is capable to defend Pakistan. Everyone in Pakistan army is corrupt. Their pomp and show is an illusion, history never witnessed such a big crowd of armed thugs, cheaters and corrupt mafia.

The actual amounts paid to Kiyani and Gen. Javed Iqbal, DG operations at Muscat is still unknown.
