USA says will not lift sanctions on Russia in exchange for military help in Syria!

While Russia off and on tries to come to closer to USA and Europe to control the world jointly, Washington repels such overtones from Moscow, arguing that they don’t share democratic and other values. USA and Russia, however, continue to fight safe proxy wars in other countries to showcase their military prowess along with latest high precision weaponry.

Today, Russian military is in Syria attacking sand killing Muslims without fear of punishment. .

Global super power United States, fighting multiple wars in Islamic world in order to destabilize and create puppet regimes to promote capitalism by removing all subsidies provided for common people to help make both ends meet, and support western imperialism, has made it clear will not lift sanctions imposed on Russia in exchange for an expansion of its counter-terrorism operation in Syria.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest announced at a press conference that he does not envision a scenario in which sanctions relief is offered to Russia in exchange for greater contributions to Islamic State. Though Earnest’s statement cannot be taken as relaying directly from President Obama, it does make a point to the world about US strategy to use and throw allies in terrorism fight. .

Earnest said the sanctions were imposed by USA and EU over Russia for its role in the Ukrainian crisis following annexation of Crimea and they would be lifted only when Russia stops meddling with Ukraine by military operation and after full implementation of the Minsk agreements.

However, the United States, according to White House, want Russian support in whatever Washington  does and does not and so would welcome Russia in an anti-terrorist coalition but only if Russia would change its strategy to focus on the fight against terror rather than supporting regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad.

European Union leaders have also agreed to keep sanctions imposed on Russia over Ukrainian crisis and EU sanctions have been extended for at least six more months, Reuters reported.

The counter sanctions form Russia by stopping exports to European nations as well as gas and energy products also remain in place.

Islamic State is named a terrorist organization and banned in Russia. Russia seeks to use the issue of Islamic State to come closer to USA and Europe and get the western sanctions quashed. Earlier Russia tried deliberately to use the Sept-11 hoax to  be in the good books of western leaders and become close ally with “shared values” but after a while that illogical strategy  failed to yield the expected results.

Following the G20 summit last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that joint efforts from all G20 members are needed to defeat Islamic State, and that discussion of Syria's political reforms should be put aside for the moment, the TASS news agency reported at the time. Putin's proposals were echoed by French President Francois Hollande who spoke to the French Parliament of the need to create an anti-terror coalition that would include Russia.

It appears the terror attacks in Paris were engineered with a view to force France to join the anti-Islamic collation to kill Muslims in Syria and destabilize the nation and as a failed nation it can serve the enemies of Islam. . .

Meanwhile, Russia has begun killing Muslims in Syria as its prime duty since these days it  is not  killing Chechen Muslims in bulks as before. Russia launched an air campaign in Syria on Sept. 30, which has sharply increased in intensity following confirmation from Russia's Federal Security Services that a terrorist bomb was responsible for the Russian passenger plane crash in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula on Oct. 31. The Russian air strikes have targeted not only the Islamic State, but also Syrian insurgents battling to overthrow Assad, including some Western-backed groups.

As an ally of USA in killing Muslims in  Arab world, Russia considers the Syrian crisis as a golden opportunity to “deal” with Muslims without any criticism from USA.  More than 400 Syrian civilians have been killed by Russian air strikes since the air campaign began on Sept. 30, monitoring groups reported. The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported on Friday that 403 civilians — including 69 women and 97 children — have been killed as a result of Russian air strikes. Aerial bombardment carried out by Syrian President Bashar Assad's Syrian regime has resulted in the deaths of 6,889 civilians — including 969 women and 1,436 children — and the wounding of 35,000 civilians, the SOHR reported.

The Violations Documentation Center in Syria, an independent, non-profit NGO that tracks Syria's dead, wounded and missing persons, reported higher civilian casualty totals of 526 — including 71 women and 137 children — since Russia launched its Syrian air campaign. At least 100,000 people have fled Aleppo as a result of Russian air strikes, monitoring group the Syrian Network for Human Rights said, global news agency Al Jazeera reported.

Russian warships launched 26 rockets at Islamic State in Syria from the Caspian Sea last month, hitting their targets, according to the Defense Ministry. Putin said he appreciated the concerns, but would stay the course until Moscow punishes those responsible for the downing of a Russian passenger airplane over Egypt's Sinai Peninsula. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the Oct. 31 attack. 

Russia's military activities in the Caspian gave rise to suspicion in Central Asian nations about its real intentions. USA and its allies view annexation of Crimea as a Soviet type act  and say the Kremlin is trying to revive the former Soviet Union in some measure to effectively counter unilateralism of USA. .Russian President Vladimir Putin said the Russian military would continue to use the Caspian Sea to launch attacks against Islamic State for as long as necessary, despite the concerns of former Soviet republics in the region. 

Russian strongman Putin told Central Asian leaders like Berdymukhammedov that the Islamic State as a terrorist organization presents serious threat to every country, and suggested that former Soviet republics should appreciate the effort and expenses Russia is putting into fighting the common enemy. 

Putin was in Iran at the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, met with Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov on the sidelines of the Tehran gathering that largely focused on the Syrian crisis. Berdymukhammedov expressed a degree of anxiety about Russia's military activities in the Caspian – though attributed the concerns to another former Soviet republic in the region, Kazakhstan. “Our Kazakh colleagues are very much concerned by the issues that are taking place above the Caspian Sea,” Berdymukhammedov said. “This is connected with military issues.”
