(51) اے ایمان والو! یہود اور نصارٰی کو دوست مت بناؤ یہ (سب تمہارے خلاف) آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے دوست ہیں، اور تم میں سے جو شخص ان کو دوست بنائے گا بیشک وہ (بھی) ان میں سے ہو (جائے) گا، یقیناً اﷲ ظالم قوم کو ہدایت نہیں فرماتا، ، المائدة
تَرَىٰ كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُمْ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ لَبِئْسَ مَا قَدَّمَتْ لَهُمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ أَن سَخِطَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَفِي الْعَذَابِ هُمْ خَالِدُونَ ﴿٨٠﴾
(80) آپ ان میں سے اکثر لوگوں کو دیکھیں گے کہ وہ کافروں سے دوستی رکھتے ہیں۔ کیا ہی بری چیز ہے جو انہوں نے اپنے (حسابِ آخرت) کے لئے آگے بھیج رکھی ہے (اور وہ) یہ کہ اﷲ ان پر (سخت) ناراض ہوگیا، اور وہ لوگ ہمیشہ عذاب ہی میں (گرفتار) رہنے والے ہیں، المائدة
I agree; so what was wrong in Musharraf taking over since NS government's state was virtually the same as the state of governance of present government.
If you look back, all major law making has always been done by ordinances subsequently converted to bills. Houses of parliament have invariably never gotten around to developing institutions; all they are ever concerned about is their personal perks, election of their sons, brothers etc...the reply of PM Gilani in parliament really says it all when he openly supported Dastis' election knowing fully well that it was against the law...

Mr Qazi.... if one has to follow government always.. then it means no revolution... the all change in the world come because of differences with government.
I know govt departments and especially Army cant work if everyone start disobeying... but same way everything cant be obeyed as well...

One has to be loyal with his religion first then with his country and then with the institution...
every one is under oath to save the country.. and if it means disobeying the orders then let it be..
If orders are totally void then one should disobey them
Do you think on the orders of Zardari, NAB should burn the files... no one is loyal to anyone in government, everyone is , have to and should be loyal to country.

I don't know what is the objective of this video. We have been talking a lot about constitution and law on this forum. So if an army person is ordered by government to accompish a task, how is s/he supposed to exercise his/her own choices? If s/he doesn't carry out orders, s/he shall be court martialled, and if s/he does, then its propaganda videos like this.
So please leave the govt. servants out of tghis debate. If the armed forces started exercising their own mind, then there will be chaos...
obviously most people don't like when armed forces exercise their conscience and take over the government...if that is illegal so is this...please think objectively instead of emotionally before tposting such stuff. I would request webmaster to please remove this video as this can infect raw minds about armed forces.
