second.. before everytime we criticize someone.. we should put our own feet in his shoe.. i belong to karachi.. where ulemas, including imam sahibs of many masjids on the friday prayer gave khutba regarding this issue.. on and off.. during the whole issue..
i personally was present twice when mma gathered with people after the juma prayer and gave a speech in support of the lalmasjid studnts.. and i read once in the newspaper that mma called a Ijtema.. or rally on quaid`s mazar in support of the lalmasjid student and against any ooperation!.. well.. BUT!! i agree there were some ulema (not mma) who made it controversial.. if what ever happened was shariat legimate or not.. but can u blame them for all this?.. all the ulema are not media updated!.. not knowin of the ground fact and misrepresented with the issue will comment on the given facts or might even stay out of the matter instead of giving wrong statement..
Well.. atleast you agree the govt. is at fault..
so i suppose we are not the mma supporter so put aside what they did.. and instead of criticizing mma.. we should critize the govt. role.. else.. the main guilty party.. will remain under sheild when people will only critize the mma!
As they were on the side of government and were against LAL Masjid.
Whatever they did wasn't enough.....
this was MMA and other well known Maulaana sbs which helped government to spread the confusion...
because no one in the public kept the side of LAL Masjid, which makes common people confused.
why MMA didn't start any agitation prior to the operation
why MMA didn't start any agitation after the demolition of mosques
why they didn't use full strength prior, during and after the operation till today..
my brother what ever they are doing now, seems drama to me only, to gain votes... as i cant see full strength agitation or any movement from them yet...
and yes you are right the role played by the common man is disgusting as well...
we didn't play our role as well

Many religious party including mma and sunni tehrik.. came out on road as a protest.. how many made that figure increase? How many in islamabad and else where protested or went to Lalmasjid actually?
If i remember right.. many of us were confused..
Yes.. the media+Govt. propaganda was at the peak..
if these were legitimate shariat act?
if this was just a drama?
were these act needed?
a law case regarding the chief justice was also being held.. which gave this issuse less attention..
Well.. JI-women wing+edhi was trying to go inside and get the females and children out.. but what?.. the govt. didnt let that happen!.. Chaudry Shujat wanted to go in.. but what?.. the Head of the state didnt wanted that to happen! I suppose instead of blaming a by sider, put the govt. on the hot seat of being a guilty, the actual criminal of the whole scenario and circulate this video as an effort to help the martyrs of lalmasjid, achieve for what they gave their life for!!

Note1. one of the first ulemas who went to meet the lalmasjid female students were maulana fazlur-rehman and qazi sahib..
Note2. mmq kept on stating that mma shud keep quiet instead of making this a political issue.. i hope they said that for a reason.. like if mma was raising the issue..
Note3. Ulema unitedly went to the govt. and to the lalmasjid ulema to have a compromise before the bloodshed.. but in the end.. talks failed and operation killed many.. because.. there were foreign millatant.. like nuclear bomb in iraq before war.. and no nuclear bomb found in iraq after war..? :s..
well i hope.. no hard feelings.. and no offence!! people start realising.. that they shouldnt blame the ulema.. if they dont have complete knowledge of Islam themselves!
when we specifically blame someone.. i hope we dont specifically blame the whole community or profession? like doctors, engineers, mullanas?

the Questions MMA asked in this video from the nation, should be asked to them in first place.
as Islam loving people made them their Representative and it was their responsibility to stop the bloodshed.
