What a Nation

Minister for Religious Affairs concedes corruption but says it was lesser than last year. May I ask who was the honourable minister last year and what did he do to prevent it from reoccurring ? Not a day passes when  we do not hear of some mega corruption scandal in some ministry, bureaucracy, corporation, bank and similar organizations. Every one seems to be engaged in making the hay while the sun shines and that too with complete immunity and impunity or fear of being taken to task. Supreme Court seems to be the only one determined ‘not to be tired’ until it unmasks all the corrupt. The thankful nation wishes it Godspeed in its undertakings, ameen. By the way has any honourable minister or the head of any organization ever thought of accepting the responsibility for the corruption and resigned honourably – as done in other countries including India ? What a sha meless lot of people we have governing over us?!!
