Azaan in Ramazan

As the holy month of Ramazan is about to set in, I hope the highly commendable decision of May 1, 2015 of calling out Azaan simultaneously from all mosques in the federal capital would be implemented in letter and spirit and the Iftar would be held at the same time by all.

Let me assure the Shias that no sky will fall if they broke the fast two or three minutes earlier and by the same token  no heavens shall fall if the Sunnies broke their fast two or three minutes later.  On the contrary it would weave us all into ONE nation and go a long way in reducing the sectarian chasm between us.

Please Ulema have some mercy upon us this Land of the Pure and help it become one nation.
