He, initially, sarcastically deplored Pak military leaders for accepting American aid in past with harsher clauses and flouting them thus making the country look untrustworthy and morally downgrading Pakistan in the eyes of the US. Later, after an interesting debate, when the comparer of the program asked him what would be his advice to the government on the Bill. He said to accept it with the restrictions and, if needed, keep flouting its clauses and when caught in the process; the American Executive might ignore it or take whatever actions they deem necessary.
