Why India denies legitimate Muslims Rights and promotes "Terrorism"?

Why India denies legitimate Muslims Rights and promotes "terrorism"?  Since the days of its independence form United  Kingdom, India, i.e., Indian leaders have denied Muslims their genuine and legitimate interests and in order cover up its anti-Muslim strategy, they cunningly used the tactics like anti-Pakistanism. Indian media without any concern for human rights and the media functions as fourth estate harped on anti-Muslimism and anti-Islamism colluded with intelligence.

This multi-pronged anti-Islamic strategy has resulted din many nefarious actions including the  ghastly demolition of Grad Babri Mosque in Uttar Pradesh and further crushing of freedoms of Indian Muslims who protested against anti-Muslims policies and practices. While it encouraged anti-Muslims forces flourishing in the country it "bravely" banned any opposition from Muslims. By bribing the Muslim league Hyderabad based MIM with privileges including free Hajj and other foreign trips, they tracked the Muslims leaders. Many Islamic groups similarly have been banned and their leaders harassed and jailed.

One of the Islamic groups fighting for the rights of Muslims, reconstruction of Babri Mosque is Students' Islamic Movement of India (SIMI).

The lifting of the ban on the SIMI on July 06 has come as a body Blow to Indian media, intelligence and security agencies because these multi-combine agencies are keen to some how link them also in their current probe in a series of terror blasts in Jaipur, Bangalore and Ahmedabad.   Already Indian media have publicized probable Muslims with beards "˜involved" in the blasts and the judgment could cause embarrassment for their design to trap in as many Muslims as it is possible for torture in jails, as they used to do before. A spokesman for them said: "Investigations suggest the hand of SIMI activists in recent terror bombings in the country.

They are quick to react to the verdict saying that the decision will send a wrong message down the line. On the contrary, the judgment will throw light on the nefarious designs of these agencies ill-focused on Muslims in India, Kashmir, Pakistan and Bangladesh, are deadly against Muslims.

A top Delhi Police official exclaimed in anguish that they had provided all adequate information to the Tribunal (that lifted the ban) and but our evidences are not found correct and the decision is very surprising. Obviously, they as before expected the Tribunal also just repeat the statements of those that provided the "evidences"  Under severe pressure from the Hindu forces, intelligence and media lords, the Union Home Ministry said it  would challenge the order in the Supreme Court if necessary. The Ministry is studying the order and eliciting views of legal experts and a decision will be taken on the basis of their advice.

The tribunal order lifting the ban imposed by the Centre on the activities of the Students Islamic Movement of India was not a setback to the Ministry. A special tribunal headed by a sitting Delhi High Court judge Justice Geeta Mittal on July 6 lifted the ban on a so-called "terrorist" organization SIMI, citing lack of any fresh evidence against the organization. SIMI had challenged the two-year ban re-imposed on it by the central government Feb 7, 2008. The tribunal was specially constituted to decide whether or not there was  sufficient cause for declaring SIMI an unlawful association.  SIMI was founded in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, in 1977 by Mohammad Ahmadullah Siddiqi as an offshoot to the Jamaat-e-Islami. SIMI was first banned in 2001 under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the ban has been renewed thrice since then. When it was outlawed, SIMI has thousands of members across the country taking up Islamic issues irritating the saffron bands. It has a national presence with strong bases in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Assam.  The SIMI annoyed by Indian attitude toward Muslims denying them their legitimate rights and ignoring their genuine concerns, advocates the "liberation of India" and restoring Islamic rule. When India demolished Grand Babri Mosque by cleverly using anti-Islamic Hindutva militants, they protested but they were taken into custody
without trials and tortured. SIMI witnessed slow growth even in Muslim dominated areas until December 1992 when the demolition of the Babri mosque in Ayodhya, by anti-Islamic Hindu militant forces, sparked one of the worst Hindu-Muslim violence in the country since independence in 1947.

Under tremendous pressure from government agencies and political outfits as well as media threat on Muslims fighting for their rights, many young Muslims have quit SIMI saying they do not "subscribe to its ideology". But that strategy has not fully worked with all Muslims in India. Some political Muslims who serve Hindu parties in the country could be  silenced through several tactics.   With a view to getting some political mileage, the major Hindutva party BJP blamed immediately the "incompetence" of the Central government for the revocation of the ban on SIMI.

The government remarked that one should not expect anything else from the saffron party.     The anti-Muslim forces are now gearing up to make all Islamic groupings dismantled and their rights butchered. They moved quickly to New Delhi's Supreme Court that  has withheld justice on Grand Babri Mosque to get the verdict quashed by the courts themselves and must be pressuring the judges to support the Hindu cause in India, that is Hindustan. According to them Hindus alone deserve any proper rights in India.

Alas, and finally, Supreme Court has come to the "rescue" of the sentiments of Hindus by rebanning the SIMI and thereby confirmed them as a terrorist's organization. This is indeed unfair to Muslims suffering and struggling to gain their rights in this so-called democracy. .   Globalization has generated a few negative trends and the most crucial and crudest one is anti-Islamism. This anti-Muslim, anti-Islam, anti-world process has to end.

Unfortunately, India, trying to  be close to Israel and USA,  is one of the major Terror Causing Countries (TCC) promoting terrorism by denying the Muslims their legitimate rights and then terrorizing them in and around the country. And only the judiciary can make it humane.   It is time India shed its anti-Muslimism and anti-Pakistanism and encouraged its media to behave like all-Indians media and not just mere Hindu media. Democracy and secularism are not mere propaganda stuff; they have to practiced quite sincerely. India must let the Muslim organizations function at par with Hindu organizations that have successfully  spread their poisonous tentacles, under Indian state patronage, not only across the country but even in foreign countries including Jammu Kashmir, now under Indian military occupation. India must reconstruct the Babri Mosque at the very site where it stood. India must consider Muslims as equal citizens and not as second-class citizens as they do now and give them all benefits at par with Hindus, even if they are not given  preferential treat as per the Constitutional provisions and as Nehru had pledged. . .
