Afghanistan: US-led NATO Global Terror Hotspot-I

IAfghanistan:  NATO Terror Hotspot

Afghanistan, the major point of the Silk Route of the past has become NATO terror route today. How many Muslims have been murdered by the neo-imperialist invaders in Afghanistan, Iraq ands Pakistan? Sources do indicate the tally exceeds one and a half million defenseless Muslims, but the US-led NATO does speak about that at all. In stead they say more than 4,400 foreign troops have died in the Iraq war; more than 800 have died in Afghanistan, etc. In both wars, the vast majority of fatalities are Americans. The Neocons leader-executer Bush Jr. had very aptly employed a key phrase of warning to Muslims in order to gain support of the Americans for the NATO terror wars in Islamic world in search of resources: "Do not think you can harm the people of this country and get away with it." People, terroized by Pentagon-CIA mischief, supported Bushdom manipulations. What followed the warning and the subsequent Declaration of War by the US Congress on the Taliban Government of Afghanistan was the first official conflict of the War on Terror: The War in Afghanistan.

By causing serious atmospheric disorders effecting climate change faster than expected, the so-called War on Terrorism, 2001-2009 initiated by the US-led anti-Islamc nations to pursue multiple key objectives in Islamic world, is a war by the US-led UNSC ostensibly to destroy "multiple sub-national terrorist cells", catch Osama and recover WMDs he was supposedly hiding secretly somewhere. The so-called terror War on Terror began officially with the US invasion of Afghanistan, though most people will always consider September 11th, 2001 as the day the first shot was fired. Though the war ended in 2009 it is still considered to continue as a policy war rather than an actual war, much like the US War on Drugs. The war originally began as an American led effort in Afghanistan, but was handed over to the newly formed UN Multinational Force in the Fall of 2003 when Saddam Hussein was confirmed to have used VX nerve gas on the Kurds in the 1980s. Brought on in response to the September 11th Terrorist attacks, the war had spread to eight countries, resulting in the removal of several regimes from power and the partitioning of several nations.

Following the 9/11 attacks and the discovery of the terrorist cell responsible, al Qaeda, US President Charles Malcolm Edwards ordered the deployment of a single detachment of the US anti-terror Delta Force to parachute over Afghan airspace in the night and locate and prosecute the 9/11 plotters with extreme prejudice. The plotters, which included Saudi terrorist Osama bin Laden, were discovered in a hut just outside of Kabul, and were all captured and detained for questioning. During the course of eleven hours of interrogations, the subjects openly admitted to being behind the attacks, and revealed the locations of their arms dealers, financing, and followers. After said information had been gathered, the American agents proceeded to record the brutal torture of the plotters. The agents were then evacuated out of Afghanistan when Pakistan agreed to allow US aircraft clearance to cross over their border into Afghanistan. Upon their return to US soil the soldiers were debriefed and gave the US vital intelligence concerning the location of the remaining al Qaeda forces, and their lines of support. Most of the al Qaeda followers were residing in Afghanistan at the time under the protection of the Taliban government. President Edwards and the Joint Chiefs then proceeded to prepare for a full scale invasion of Afghanistan.

Bushdom leaders claimed within months about the victory of their war there, but they continued to kill Muslims, saying world won't be safer if they quit Afghanistan without attacking some nations. Then came the illegal US terror war in Iraq. More people still opposed the illegal, immoral and illogical conflict. The decision to add more resources and troops to Afghanistan comes despite a rising death toll, outspoken criticism from the opposition and the prospect of a long entanglement. UK is one of the NATO terror partner in the destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq but the fortunes of the ruling regime is already in shambles. Recently, UK foreign minister David Miliband says the war against the Taliban is making Britain "safer".  UK ministers are drawing up plans to devote more troops and resources to Afghanistan -- a change from previous policy of dismissing requests for reinforcements.

Media are blasting terror news to terrify the common people to support the waste of resources in Afghanistan and add to the climate change by creating pollution. The GST death toll mirrors the situation in Iraq, where U.S. military deaths this month surpassed 850, a record high since the 2003 invasion there.  The total number of U.S. terror troops killed in Afghanistan this year to at least 101. There is now a full scale crisis over the occupation of Afghanistan. As the death toll mounts the military top brass have no coherent strategy and the politicians can give no sensible explanation as to why the troops are in Afghanistan. The only aim is to kill Muslims by using them.

The international community now has some idea about the so-called war on terror and its real target and unspecified goals. The western public support for the war in Afghanistan is diminishing day by day as they are realizing the folly of their own elected leaders in the name of war on terror and it is indeed terror war against Islam and Muslims in Islamic world. Some pre-paid Muslim nations are also roped in the conflict to give a "democracy" outlook for the illegal wars. In the name of withdrawal of troops from Iraq, the Global State terrorists (GSTs) keep adding terror forces to Afghanistan hoping that the Afghanistan war "makes USA safer". The idea that bombing and strafing Afghan towns and villages will reduce the threat of terrorism is simply untenable. And despite the intensive media spin, opinion polls continue to show majority opposition to the war in Britain, with 56% in The Guardian/BBC poll and 59% in the ITV poll.

But the Terror war targeting innocent Afghans continues.

(To continue....>)
