Any place for me as well?

I have just copied it from Pakistan official web site which as such excludes any speculation, guess and doubts etc represents our current situation since it is updated as on 14th July 2012 so this is the latest official version which can be seen and confirmed by you as well if you visit the web site www.cabinet.gov.pk.

I will now comment about its composition which is way beyond my comprehension and it has no relevance whatsoever with what we had some in our glorious past couple if I am not mistaken. I must admit my shortcoming because I do not have any documentary proof to show as to how many were cabinet ministers in our very first cabinet formed after independence in 1947 or how many ministers we had when we turned as Republic in 1956 or for that matter how many were included when first time army took over and one can add as many possibilities as one feels like but the fact remains that at this point of time we have many more than needed.

Let me quickly enumerate as to how many are listed at the web site. It shows none but 35 as federal ministers; 18 as state ministers; 5 as advisers and 9 special assistants so if one totals the entire 5 categories one gets the figure of just 67 which is too much. I with your permission will ask you to please see back say 50 years ago or even 25 years for that matter and you will realize that we did not have so many ministries and divisions to be headed by ministers like we have now but for what. My simple question is did they fail then when we had less ministries and divisions? Did we triumph now when we have so many of them is my another question?

Now before I comment any further I wish that all of my readers must be very attentive now simply because I am going to put forward some very interesting, surprising and hilarious situation which in itself demands due recognition. If you go through the 1st category of federal ministers you find Jam Mohammad Yousuf at the bottom serial 35 so he is a federal minister for all practical and official purposes and none on the face of earth can deny and refute it. He has already earned a name in all history books to be mentioned as our minister. All those who meet him and write him must be using prefix of H.E. and not Mr. with his name. He must be drawing the salary of a federal minister and must have been showered will all the perks and privileges of a federal minister. So far so good and I dare not even raise my eye brows what talk of criticizing him but what is his assignment and which ministry or division he is assigned to look after is my very baffling question as nothing is mentioned against his name. Is he an extra minister to look after any ministry when the concerned minister is out of the country? Is he the most qualified and competent minister amongst the whole lot because he fits in to all the ministries right from A to Z?

What are the pre requisites to be included as one of those 67 people? Could one who did master in 1966; law in 69 and diplomas in labor laws and taxation laws in 72 be eligible to apply for inclusion?
