ijtihad does not mean that it can change basic laws of islam.let me clear this! for example ijtihad cant change rulings about jihad as they are eternal jihad can only be done in such things as for example when loud speaker was invented it was needed by ulema to figure out if loudspeaker can be used in prayers so those munafiqeen who give wrong color to ijtihad should be dealt firmly,as such munafiqeen want to change the basic structure of islam which can never be changed no one can change quran and hadeeth orders about jihad .ever
