What compensation for topless likely future Queen?

The British royal couple initiated a criminal case in France against French magazine Closer for publishing Catherine Kate, Duchess of Cambridge topless in France when she with her husband Prince William were there in connection with commemorating Diamond Jubilee of the  Queen. French court has fined the magazine and asked it to pay 2,000 euros to Kate and also instructed it to return her original topless photographs within 24 hours otherwise the magazine shall be held liable to pay fine an extra fine of 10,000 euros per day till the photographs are not returned.  

What does this mean? I very much doubt that it was a prudent approach from any angle on the part of the royals simply because the disgrace slapped against the likely future queen could not be washed off alike rather it has been more publicized and made it a bit permanent to be honest. The court could only fine the magazine and not the readers and or the viewers meaning by that the magazine has been barred and cannot sell the magazine anymore which has topless photographs of Kate but what is beyond it. Did the couple in general and Kate in particular think rationally for a moment as to what should be their next step once her topless photographs have been published in France? Should they, in such like embarrassing situation approach a court or not was a billion dollars question? Will they be able to restore their image which has already been tarnished and torn apart or not was the most burning questions? The royal couple, I am very much sure, must have many teams and not just one team of legal experts and wizards to view the situation from different angles.

The royals should have just swallowed the bitter pill and kept quiet rather than resorting to taking up the issue in a court of law and that too in a foreign country which they are very much entitled to which I must acknowledge loudly and publicly but at the same time again my submission is that it must have been viewed and weighed critically and judiciously if it was worth to initiate a criminal proceedings or just keep it to their chest. Needless to mention, I can say on my honor with full conviction and authority that Kate news was not read and heard by each and every single person both in UK and France in particular and in other countries in general when it was made public on the very 1^st day In France hence some knew it and some did not know it but now when the case has been initiated then many of those who were completely ignorant of the photographs have now come to know of it at least partially if not fully.  So didn’t Kate flash her nudity knowingly and willingly at her own and that too to a wider population not only back home but in almost all the foreign countries including France?

Isn’t it very simple to understand that anyone who has read the magazine or seen Kate as topless still keeps her image even if a bit dim by now in his / her mind so how did she restore her lost prestige by initiating a criminal case against the French magazine is my an ordinary question? Furthermore, many of those who did not known about the sad incident earlier have came to know of it now simply by reading that Kate has initiated criminal proceedings in France on this account and it is quite but natural that now people would like to know if the magazine has been fined or no. Then the fine itself is too less in relation to the damage inflicted on Kate. Isn’t it hilarious and mocking to read that none but possible future Queen on UK got paid just 2,000 euros as compensation for her being seen nude by commoners? Kate should have lodged a serious complaint against French judge for lowering her royal honor and prestige but at least I did not see any such like reaction from her or her husband or even from those who esteem her just a step lower than the incumbent Queen.

The photos have been published in Ireland and Italy and it is quite but natural that Kate shall have to have initiated same like criminal cases against those who published her nude in Ireland and Italy but this will open a new Pandora box if one realizes. Quite naturally all those who had not heard about it before will now know about Kate nudity which on other words means that regretfully the news is being aired more and more instead of being contained. What should be the compensation amount to be paid by the publishers of Ireland and Italy to Kate is not that easy to be arrived at? One remotest possibility could be that it is the same 2,000 euros but then it means Kate prestige and honor has been priced just 2,000 euros in all the three countries whether it is France, Ireland or Italy which itself is very much damaging if one realizes in the truest sense and context but at the same time how to evaluate her in different countries is itself a baffling question? None can figure out as to how many have read and seen her in France, Ireland and Italy but if one knows the number of readers and viewers then the fine can be calculated as the readers and viewers but it is too vague to gauge.  I have a tip, when it came into news that Kate’s topless photos will be flashed in Ireland and Italy also then it must have added fuel to the fire resulting in that the viewers and readers must have multiplied to a very great extent than what had been the case when the photos were published in France.

To me had she not contested in France people in the first instance would have automatically forgotten it over a period of time and if not then it had very much faded in any case but alas she did not realize that by doing so she has unintentionally engraved herself on the minds of thousands if not millions but why and for what. Honestly I have utterly failed to give a figure as to what should be the optimum amount of compensation to be paid to Kate in connection with publication of her topless photographs in France, Ireland and Italy hence you are requested to kindly enlighten me accordingly.
