Do you really think by regulating every evil and sin, is really a good idea?
This is the failure of implementing the policies not the failure of law. we should abide by the fact that sin/evil cant be legalized and have to be minimized up to maximum level and even then if it
is there then let it be there.
May be now we should be ready to read from you another new article, in which you will be suggesting that theft, rape, prostitution, gang war, drug trafficking, heroine should be legalized because we cant stop them to spread then why not take some extra income from it.

Why government is failed to stop the spread of liquor, i think it is because they really don't want it to be stopped.
Almost All our rulers and majority of our law makers are/were drinker then how one could believe that they will help in not promoting the liquor.
I think you were drunk yourself when you wrote this article.
