I have some new Ideas/ proposals for a better Pakistan,;-

1. NO MNA or MPA Should be declared elected if the total number of votes cast in the constituency is less than 60% for MNA and 70% for MPA and atleast 50% + Votes from the votes cast for all the MEMBERS..
2. We Should have only one CM or Governor (Cut the Over HEad Cost) in all the provinces.
3. People Should be able to Elect CM or Governor BY Their Direct Vote.
4. We Should have one President or Prime Minister and that too Elected by the Direct vote of the people with same principal as 60% casting votes.
5. We SHould have Direct Election for the Senators also with 60% casting system.
6. We Should have Direct Election of all the Tehsil Nazim and Zila Nazim WITH ATleast 80% Casting votes System.
7. NO Unioin Council Nazim Should be announced Elected unles and Until atleast 70 % People cast thier vote in the constituency in question and he gets 50% + Votes from all of them..
8. NO Person should be allowed to contest elections of any seat what so ever if he is acquitted of some serious violation i.e. like tax fraud, Murder, Sexualy harrasment or Attempted murder or cheating in exams etc....
9. A Refrendum Should be heal in Northeren areas asking them if they want to remain the current status or be part of Pakistan as 5th Provience.
10. NO Direct Hiring in the Supreme Court of Pakistan THE Civil Judge Should be promoted till the Chief Justice of Supreme court...no short cuts... even in high ccourts... Inductions should be stoped...THis was a lot of corruption in our judicry will be stopped as a civil judge will eye/c that he can go to the Chief Justice of High Court or the Supreme Court why shouldhe be beribed..
11. CSS Should be Slashed by atleast 25% and the Local/pROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION should be given the driving seat to adjust their own Problems.
12. Every Disrtict Government Should Have Their Own University with atleast 10 departments of Humanities and 10 for the Engineering Sciences....
13. Defence Secretary Should be a FUll General serving for 2 years tenure (With no exception of Extension) Senior monst from three of the services...
14. NO Extensions for any person with any callibre at any cost at any government post, If some deserves or is as good he/she should be elevated to a advisor to the think tanks...
15. AT LEast 5% and later 10% of the GDP Should be spent on education, building new Universities etc. WE Should ask all the billioners of the world including Bill gates and Mallinda Gates to help us MAke AAtleast One University..
16. Tax Holiday Should be given for Technology based Companies..
17. The Use of GAS as CNG in cars should be stopped immediately bcz all the equipment r foreign made and it is tax free also, WE SHOUDL ENcourage and it should be mendatory for the car assemblors in Pakistan to Build High BRid Cars and They SHould be Tax free.. (Calculate his The amount will be much less than what we have sent on importing of CNG kits and CNG plants...)
18. IF ANY MAJOR CHANGE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF PAKISTAN IS REQUIRED IT SHOUDL BE ON Ballot first asking people if they want it, than the ammendment should be opened to the assembly people so that they may take it and change the law.
19. ALl the Ministers Should be approved by the majority vote of the National Assemble and Provincial Assemble.....
20. NO Prime Minister/President, Chief Minister/Governor SHould be able to be elected more than 2 Terms  or 8 years in total.
21. Assemble should be for 4 years term.
22. The Assembly members should be able to impeach Dismiss the President/Prime Minister and the Speaker of the house, and only Supreme court be allowed to Hear if appealed..
23. Same is the case with the Chief Minister/Gobvernor and High Court Should be the first deciding body and if it did not resolved the Supreme court only and both the courts be bound to decide in 45 days time each.
24. NO Decision based on Nazria-e-Zaroorat All the judges who gave such decisions, their after retirement benifits should be taken back in full even after that case decision after complete calculations by some senior CA.
25. IF Govt found some ones Business illegal and wants to shut it...IT CAN NOT IT shoudl Hire a certified CA, Lawyer a Business Graduate ( A Complete TEam) and THey should take care of that companies business affairs and all themoney coming in and going out should be secritinized by High Court or Supreme Court Judge every month... So that the people working in that company should not loose their RIGHT OF EARNING....
26. All The Army Officers FROM who graduated from PMA Should be sent to PUblic or Private Universities of Pakistan to complete atleast one Masters as part of thier training.
27. All The CSS, PCS, Judicry Employees who pass Competitive exams should also be sent to some publick or private sector university of pakistan to do his/her masters..
28. All the Low Ranking Officers of Government should also be sent to some universities to DO a masters degree (OPTIONAL) ORCOMPLETE THEIR BACHLORS ATLEAST.. nO employee shoul dbe promoted unles he she completes atleast one step ahead education i.e matric.. bachlors, bachlors to Masters...Masters to PHD...
29. NO Army Officer of Birgadere and above ranks should be given any posting abroad or in Pakistan Except for working or advising for some think tank.. only to uphold the honour of the seat they were incharge of, bcz previously Some of the Heads of the Institutions had help posts much lower than their ranks they served.
30. NO PErson from any walk of life should be posted as Embassidor of Pakistan, Only People from Foreign services of Pakistan should be posted AS embassdors, High Comissions, Deputy High Comission or Deputy Embassdor of Pakistan.
31. It Should also be mandatory for Foreign Services officer to atleast do oNE Law related degree in International LAw and International Relation-SHip Degree from Pakistan...
32. NOO HEAD of any political Party Should be allowed to hold the post of the President or the Chairperson of the Party for more than 3 terms or 15 years n Total, This tenure should be reduced to 2 terms and 10 year in total with in 6 next years.
33. No Political Party Should be issued Voting Signs IF THEY get less than 10% votes of the total votes cast in the previous Election. membership of Any Political Party Who gets less than 10% Votes of the total casted vote should stand cancelled at once.
34. Education should be for all and not for speciall....Computer education should be compulsary rather than English...
35. Every one should have a right to study which ever Religion he wants to learn in school besides Islamiyat.atleast one foreign Language Should be taught and be compulsory for students of all the masters degree programs.
36. All the treaties signed by govt dignetarris should be approved by the assemble first and than by the senate and than should also be approved by t he president/prime minister.
37. IF Some one brokes the Constitution of Pakistan HE Shoudl be sent behind the Bars for LIFE, and LIfe means Life not 14 years.. he shoudl die Behid bars his/her natural death.
38. Politicans or Generals or Beuracrats who ever make wrong decision to hert the economy and to fil their coffers if found guilty should be liable for LIFE Term behind bars or minimum no more govt or public office for them and their imediate family members..
39. Peopell Should be able to govern and they should also have the feeling of governing!
