Who paid travelling expenses of Dr Mirza?

Without prejudice to President Asif Ali Zardari or Sindh government or for that matter even Pakistan Peoples Party, I simply cannot help asking quite bluntly and openly in public as to who and under what provision paid travelling expenses for Dr Zulfiqar Ali Mirza, Sindh Senior Minister for Works and Services for Karachi-Islamabad–Karachi trip when the later was summoned this Thursday by President to meet him in Islamabad.

In principle none but Dr Zulfiqar only should have himself pocketed the expenses for the trip for very obvious reasons that he being at fault had been called to Islamabad and therefore there cannot be any moral and legal justification on part of government of Pakistan or government of Sindh or PPP to spend money for the trip but in case if any of three entities has spent the money then that money must instantly be recovered from Dr Zulfiqar and the news be flashed accordingly on tv and newspapers.
