 Isn’t it an open bribery?

Yesterday Monday 9th July, 2012 National Assembly while in session to hurriedly pass the bill on contempt of court has also very much surprisingly passed 21st Constitutional Amendment bill increasing pension of widows of the judges of Supreme Court and High Court from present 50% to 75%. I neither have any right nor any jurisdiction to raise any objection to it but yet would like to comment that such increase at the time when executive and judiciary are a bit daggers drawn gives an impression that the judges are at least being tamed if not bribed to some extent. Offhand I will say that this is quite a phenomenal increase and the concerned widows belonging to our upper echelon are quite happy with 50% but yet they have been given the increase even though they never demanded for it. What about widows of our employees who were at the lower rung like BPS 1 to 15? When these women who are the most deserving ones were given any increase, if any, and to what is my only question %?

What does it approve? Better you answer as I am answerless.
