20^th Sep 2013 last date to apply as MNA contestant

This is my personal guess based upon the ground realities and I may be wrong in my apprehensions but perhaps I am that wrong.

 Bilawal is born 0n 21^st September 1988 so as of today he is 24 years and 3 months old whereas the rule is that anyone who wants to contest election either for National Assembly or for that matter Provincial Assembly, he or she must be of minimum 25 years of age which Bilawal will attain on 20^th September, 2013 and not before. Therefore my 6^th sense tells me that the next elections will not be when due rather the same will be delayed till the time that Bilawal attains the legal  age to present his candidature otherwise there is no fun for him to head PPP when he cannot even file his application to contest NA election. PPP is a majority party which is ruling the country and quite naturally it would love to continue for at least 1 more term if not more and therefore PPP has already embarked upon election campaign and who knows may it again captures majority seats in next election hence it is very much imperative on its part to schedule next election in a manner that Bilawal too contests in it.
