I am not only shocked but very much annoyed as well to read that Retd AdmiralFasih Bokhari, Chairman, National Accountability Bureau has said the other day that he cannot and shall not open any case against Mian Nawaz Sharif and others simply because they are going to contest in elections which are just few months away.
