France mourns, so does the world
FRENCH ATTACKS POSES NEW SECURITY
QUESTIONS

SADLY, yet again after Charlie Ebdo
attacks, France is hit by devastation. Our thoughts are with the
people of France at this time of devastation and sheer insanity at the hands of
a few criminals hell bent to spread terror. Religious intolerance has no place
in modern day society. Message of condolences to govt of France as we enjoy a
cordial relations with France and there is a lot of overseas Pakistanis
contributing to French society and many million Muslims enjoy the freedom of
expression and religious freedom as enshrined in the article 9,10 of the
European convention on human rights 1950.
Pakistanis living in western countries
are quite worried and concerned
and Pakistan as a country and its
people who are genuine victim of terrorism expresses their grief St such
unwanted and barbaric attacks in France. It's about time Pakistani leadership
must emphasise at international forums especially at UNO and OIC that ISIS and
radicalised groups require a closure through 'UN joint combat force' as 'good
cop' and 'bad cop' treatment with ISIS will be counter productive now and
terrorism must be seen with one eye but must be dealt with one hand that is the strong arm of law.
Pakistan's administration of Nawaz
Sharif is dealing with the threat since came into power especially post
Peshawar Attack with the strong military of the country. Pakistan's example
where over hundred and thirty one children were martyred in Peshawar school
Attack on 16 December 2014 and since 'national action plan ' NAP is speeding
progress to combat threats and is addressing concerns of radicalisation and
extremism and its gaining a lot of individual successes.
Current attacks begs the very question
that "No talks",but All culprits must be eliminated through
quick befitting operation by rapid response force anywhere it oh sports and
swift terrorist trials following measures to squeeze their financial support
and recruitment breeding grounds is the way forward. No safe heavens and no hot spots , one law
for all and no impunity for any group pro or against any power will only defeat
terrorism not discriminately attitude. Zero tolerance to terrorist groups who
are radicalised to no point of return
and winning mind and hearts to their recruiting nurseries because of poverty is the way
forward with string criminal justice punitive measures for speedy trials of
culprits including supporters and sympathisers.
It's time United Nations offer help to
victims of this menace of terrorism whether countries and individuals and offer
assistance through 'specialist force ' to combat in the time of need as a
friend in need is the true friend indeed and international leadership is not easy for United Nations.
It's inevitable to take hard-line approach as extreme situations requires
extreme actions & if ISIS is to be defeated United action by all force is
the key. It is not a threat for Syria or France it's deadlier threat than
Al-Qaeda and ISIS poses a clear and
fast becoming global terror threat
being dealt with words than joint actions. Luke warm response will allow them
to recruit through fear , regroup and regain strength and crushing them with
joint force is the only option than regime changes which divides the collateral
attention of the world and actions thereon. Let’s hope sanity and commonsense
prevails at an international scene at a time of ‘fear’ and ‘mourning’.
