According to Jail Manuel anyone bringing food for a prisoner has to eat some of it to ensure that the food was free from poison. This is done to safe guard the life of the prisoner which could be at stake and so engineered by someone interested in eliminating him for any reasons. Could someone please tell me if the Jail Manual remains applicable to a premises declared as Sub Jail? If yes, which I am sure it does, then how come such royal treatment is meted out to the high profile political prisoners, such as unlimited number of visitors ( mulaqatees) calling upon them daily.
