Electricity Problem: Is there really any shortage???
Posted By: Khwaga Created On: 8/Jun/2010 Views: 3602 Replies: 2

So it is obvious that these 15-20 hrs power shutdowns in most parts of the country are not because of the lack of generation capacity but only because of IMF / World bank policies imposed on our corrupt leader. Although I emphasised that a lot of content would be lost as, in all humility, I considered this to be a comprehensive and unique analysis of what was going on in Pakistan without any liberal or right-wing bias. In the wake of weak governance, rampant corruption, weak economy, messy political situation and growing incidence of terrorism, Pakistan is being described as a failed state incapable of protecting the nukes. As the industrialists get loans from the banks and establish the industries of their choice, then they not only repay the loans but also pay taxes of various kinds. The agriculturists should also get loans from the banks and develop their agriculture and should also pay the agriculture tax. The agriculturists should be treated as the industrialists and other businessmen are treated Click here to read Full Article

According to the Court’s procedure when opportunity of cross-examination of a witness is given to the opposite party and the other party waives its right of cross-examining the witness, the Court brings this fact in the judgment that opportunity was given but the party did not cross-examined it, meaning thereby that the party accepts what the witness has stated.
