The Pak army, so far, has shown steady progress curbing terrorism in Swat and other regions of FATA where the writ of the government was challenged by the terrorists. Everyday someone dies, in freak road accidents, suicides, plane crashes, robberies gone wrong, political violence, gang warfare, terrorist attacks, stampedes, flooding....and the list goes on. As Ahsan points out, there is scarcely enough time to for the media and the blogosphere to catch a break. We don't have the Click here to read Full Article

Even the idea, let alone passage, of the so-called 'condemnation resolution' bulldozed by Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly (GBLA) in its seventh sitting was farce and beyond the jurisdiction of the house. No country or even a part of it notwithstanding its size and standing in the world can think of passing a resolution challenging its own survival and legitimacy. The resolution moved Click here to read Full Article

After listening to a hilarious statement of Baluchistan CM on fake degrees, the Sindh CM didn’t want to stay behind and came up with a comical announcement asking the flood-victims to take flood as picnic. Are they projecting a new emerging PPP mindset of ignorance or what? We haven’t seen ANP, CM of KP and PML-N, CM of Punjab giving such irresponsible statements Click here to read Full Article

The way the loud mouth David Cameron castigated Pakistan and that too on the Indian soil in public, a statesman would not do so even behind the closed doors in the country being targeted by him.
