Government has shown an unusual alacrity in publishing the notification appointing Admiral Fasih Bokhari (Retd) as the chairman NAB on a Sunday holiday. Whatever be the reasons it is a most welcome step which restores one’s confidence in the government that the merit is still recognised by it. Thursday afternoon only I read in Kuwait Times that Saud Abdulaziz Al Babtain Org, Kuwait is organizing a literary program in Dubai under the patronage of H. H. Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashed Al Maktum, Vice President cum Prime Minister UAE & Dubai Ruler. Mumtaz Qadri committed a premeditated murder in broad daylight witnessed by many including police officials.
