I was awfully amazed to read today Thursday 13th December, 2012 in Arab Times which is Kuwait English daily that yesterday someone has stolen a horse from Wafra agricultural fields worth KD 300,000 equivalent to Pak Rs 103,437,036.As a matter of fact on the face of it this is not that big news in any case simply because figure wise it is just one horse while from value stand point of view KD 300,
